修理後の包丁の高級感! お見事です。刃付けのときに両手の中指だけ手袋の先が無いのは指先の感覚を大切にしているからですか?

As always great job. I have a question, why didn't you line up the back of the knife with the handle? I have the impression that the handle is elevated relative to the axis of the blade.

戯言と思ってくれて構わないんだけど「新品に」と言う表記が好きではないのよね、リフォームしたんだから新築って言ってるみたいな違和感、この動画の場合の適切な表記としては「新品以上」でしょ
