Messi made this decision not for the money but because he did not want to wait and put his future on the hands of someone else. He also did not want barca players to suffer pay cuts and release because of him.

I know this is kinda explained in the video, but for the people who didnt understand: The MLS basically has 2 divisions, Eastern Conference and Western Conference. Basically it works like a normal league. If you win the league in your divisions, you go to the MLS Cup Semi Final where the winner of the easter conference faces the western conference winner. The winner of those two goes to the final, where they face off against the winner of the mls playoffs cup. (The teams in 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th of both divisions qualify for the playoffs) And then if you win the MLS Cup THEN you officially win the mls

The way the MLS works is like this Top 7 (Now Top 9) Teams of each Conference go to a playoff round The teams play out each round and the team that wins the Eastern Conference final and the Western Conference final move on to the MLS Cup Final It does sound confusing and the fact the league changes the format every year doesn't help, but this league is young and still trying to find a way where it can be unique, but it still wants to find something understandable

You'll play home and away against every team in your own conference and 1 game against every team from the other conference.. in the playoffs you'll play against your own conference till the 2 best teams from the west and the east conference will play for the "big price".

Idk why but ,i just have a feeling he will buy shares, if not the whole team and make them a mls team , im talking about the Ny Cosmos👌 (If he gets a clause in his contract like Beckham got , i don't think he is gonna build a team from the ground up in a new city)

Finally a MLS CAREER MODE 🇺🇸🇺🇸

Only thing is that MLS clubs are only allowed to sign 3 players with contracts higher than $15,000 a week. Miami already have a striker above that.
