Defo just been fun since the first video and Mat makes it look easy with his experience and energy considering it would be the opposite. Been far more connected to this build video than the Maserati think it’s because I would actively buy this car where as a Maserati no.

The Golf is quickly becoming my favourite build. Looks and sounds awesome.

I love the sound of the EA888 G3 engine. I love the throaty rumble it has. I think any exhaust on the MQB platform is best served with a resonator to keep some of the harsher exhaust tones in check, and let the bass of the exhaust go through.

Sounds nice and nice to see its progress from damaged to where it is now. Cant wait to see how things progress with the Golf. Looking forward to seeing more of the BMW too. You have so many great cars. Always watch your new videos.

i have a very similar kind if setup. track-slag 4” decat downpipe into a full built race system basically copied from the scorpion for maximum deepness and loudness. scorpion for me is def the best fir this car off the shelf system without a doubt! love it

I fitted my scorpion exhaust today too although I went with the resonated centre section and it’s perfect for day to day use noise wise and i got the bigger carbon tips available from scorpion too.

Looks and sounds incredible! That R is stunning!!!!

one of my obtainable dream cars for the future just love the styling and all round customisable body this car holds. Looks wicked fun proper appreciate what you’ve done with this car mat. Class 👍

OEM exhausts tend to be pretty efficient these days ... my 5.0L XKR (Supercharged - 550HP out of the factory) showed minus 5HP after a b4 n after dyno session. Seen it with other cars I've owned before - negligible if any gains. Sounds better though which is the main reason for doing it.

I like your high energy positive vibes it makes an otherwise exciting video even more entertaining

If you take out the sound deadening from under the bonnet it makes the induction noises well more noticeable

Hahahaha lovin it. Would it be an idea to go for the more expensive exhaust system which does have valves? That way you could keep it inconspicuous when necessary and turn to all hell mode whenever you feel like it?
