I finished my Huswif!
I started and finished my Huswif in a couple of days!
This is my first project with the Roxy sisters #roxysjournalofstitchery and I loved every second of making my first (yes there will be more!) Huswif.
We sell vintage textile packs at the shop, however they sell out very quickly. Best way to see new listings is via instagram - follow me @sew.be

Thank you so much! Keep searching for the vintage - it’s out there even if it’s getting rarer.

Lovely! I’m eyeing some of my old cross stitched pieces that are framed. Perhaps they need a new setting.
Well done you. It's beautiful. I've been following you before the Roxy sisters made you famous. Go girlfriend
Your huswif is beautiful from the embroidery and other fabrics you chose to your construction. It should prove a pleasure to use and a cherished heirloom. I am so happy that Rachel and Sarah introduced you and your lovely shop to us. I’m in central Virginia and will continue to follow you with interest. Thank you for sharing.

It’s beautiful. The main embroidery is fantastic and your additions and embellishments bring it all together. 👏👏👏TFS

Fantastic!
I love the way you used the yo-yo’s and jug! Very clever. Beautiful!
Wow! You're fast! I love it! So glad I found another creator to follow. I wish I lived in Australia so I could visit. Your kind of shop is few and far between here in Southern USA, GA specifically. Well, they're harder to find because they don't tend to advertise much. Have a great week!
It turned out amazing. Love the idea of the yo-yo for a pin cushion.
Hi, how lovely to meet you on line, I have come over from Rachel and Sarah's video. Your 'huswif' is beautiful, love the use of the embroidery. I thought your shop looked full of really interesting fabrics and treasures. Best wishes Lyn

Thanks so much - I’m in love with it!!
I absolutely love your husswif. I love that that cover was half stitched and then you used it I think that's wonderful I buy things like that myself. You were talking about different pens to use for different things I'm new to sewing I like to hand sew always but I never know what needles that are good. Since you want to shop do you think you could show us for newbies like me that need to know what's what with needles? If not that's fine. I'm so glad the Roxy girls were there because I love following your channel. 💕
Great video thank you. Lots of ideas now running a mock in my head 😄❤
Stunning, glad you used the doily. New subby looking forward to seeing more.

@@Sewbecuratedit sure was, you did it great justice...nice work
I have a question. How do you keep the edge of the cross-stitch from coming undone or having threads hanging off? It looks so clean.
