Do I have permission to dress up as Mairusu for Halloween?

Here's a fact: The Happy Fella doll was actually posessed with the soul of Dexter the Exterminator, you can tell by the eye shape and that he talks about his "needs". Since his soul had no body to return to because Mollock died with it, it probably went and posessed the closest thing to a human, which in this case was the doll.

Fun fact for Mairusu: Skid and Pump are always in Costume, but the paintings in the background of Skid's house show what Skid looks like without the costume with his mother. In the 4th episode you can see how Pump looks without his costume in the pictures that are within the background as well. So ye, the Spooky Kids are always in costume :>

Fun fact: In one of the comments on Susie's video in Spooky Month 4, as Skid and Pump sneak by one of the comments says, "ARE THOSE THE KIDS FROM MONDAY NOON MOVING???" This is a reference to the two kids' appearances in FNF, as younger people would think Skid and Pump originated from that game.

Fun (but long) Fact: Sr Pelo is a fan of Touhou Project and included a ton of the characters. The mall Skid and Pump go to is Gensomooru, (a joke that comes from Gensokyo, aka, where the Touhou games take place) and features cameos starting at 9:42 of the some of the characters. The two girls that show up at 25:40 are also Touhou characters Hina(the red one) and Nitori(the one in blue). the orange paintball Hina gets hit with COULD be a reference to their Convenience Store Employee Skit for the 5th Touhou M-1 Grand Prix, where there was a part where Nitori would throw a couple paintballs at Hina, which is something Japanese store staff would throw at shoplifters to mark them for police, which is what Kevin was trying to do for Roy. Hina’s spinning is another reference to the games

Just like Eyes's eyes do? - There's plenty of hints in Happy Smiles that the Happy Fella is possessed by Dexter (well before the credits confirm it outright). The eyes, him wanting a cat, "fulfilling his needs"...yup. - MONDAY NOON MOVING - To be fair, the doll that shanked his leg belonged to the kids that once visited with a Great Old One, so... - "Let's burn it and see if it screams." - No, that criminal in the news report at the end is apparently the antagonist of this year's Spooky Month. - BTW, the Newgrounds versions have different ending scenes - they're actually more plot-relevant.

@@KitzIncredible Also, there’s a QR code you can scan in Episode 4 (when Skid drags Dexter out of the toy chest). It reveals a series of notes that Dexter wrote whenever he was at Pump’s house, and even he mentions noticing the kid’s eyes glowing at certain points.

There’s actually a new episode coming out this month, so IT IS DA SPOOKI MONT! Also it’s not actually spoiled milk at the end of the final one, probably a code word for alcohol just so they wouldn’t get demonetized (which is why Lila reacted with a “What, no!” When Skid and Pump asked to drink. Would also make sense given the circumstances lol)

Spooky Month actually originated from Sr. Pelo. Not Friday Night Funkin. The first video actually came out back in 2018. Way before FNF. Almost like 5 years ago.

actually, the animated series was made years earlier before fnf was even created. plus fun fact: the creator of these also dubbed the voices n the fnf musics.

Skid and Pump are not dumb, their just extremely naive to a fault, but we love them.

imo spooky month 4 is by far the best episode of the series, it has a really cool ending, the sound/music design is great, the doll is genuinely scary, it has a bunch of lore, and it is a continuation of episode 3 which happened 4 months before which is pretty cool

Yeah be careful not to read too far into it since if you pause while they are on pump’s sister’s computer you can see a website called thehub with the iconic orange and black.

Sr Pelo is an absolute legend for making something like this thats so damn good

Yes, those two in the alley for the Happy Fella episode were Tankman and his Buddy from the Tankman cartoons (I’m forgetting their actual names right this moment), and with the BF plushie in the previous episode, it should be obvious that Sr Pelo is putting a bunch of Newgrounds references in the series which is just fun to see.

The funny thing is as well the voice actor who voices happy doll seems to have done a relatively good impression of Chucky.

The Newgrounds versions of the series have proper post-credit scenes that gives hints to the Spooky Month lore.

The Spooky Month series is so fun and hilarious, it always brings a smile to my face

Honestly that was more enjoyable to watch than I thought it was going to be, you should do more longer watch-a-longs if you have the time to!

I have been waiting for so long to see a reaction for this. So I'm so glad it's now. I've actually never seen the animation for spooky month ever so this will be my first time viewing it

A fact about Roy (the short bully) (tw): You were talking during this part, but if you listened closely to him he says “That’s where my uncle takes me.” This is explaining the guy behind the door that was the “stranger” is his uncle. Of which also explains that he has been through s/a from his uncle. This is why when the uncle says “You kids got tricked, now it’s time to get my treats.” This refers to what happened to Roy.

Sr Pelo's spooky month is actually the original one

Fun fact: sr pelo is the creator of skid and pump, they aren't from FNF because the first episode of this series was made almost 4 years ago now (because each year there's a new episode,and there's 4 episodes) FNF came out 2 years ago only having the dad week, a little bit later in October after they made the final design of daddy dearest, they made the spooky month week with the help of sr pelo! So it wasnt FNF who created these spooky characters, it was sr pelo!

I saw someone online did their best impression of the spooky dance it was all right it was pretty good.

Okay, so. In the toychest, the was a cut apart QR code. I took it, then it took me to imgur. There are a lot of notes, toys, and a flashlight revealing a hidden message that I can't entirely see. There's a picture of Lila, a child, and and older man's head blacked out with crayon. So many notes... A mystery to solve with little time to solve it! ..Wait, what does this note say? "Where is my backpack and body? There is only junk and photos she did this to me!"

I like how "Spooky Month" went from just another one of Sr. Pelo's many rapid-fire random comedy videos to it's own fleshed out series, with memorable characters and actual freaking lore. It actually makes me want to look back and see what clues might be there for Spooky Month 6 (since the 5th episode just came out). Edit: By the way, these videos are also on Newgrounds, and they have alternate (and presumably canon) endings that are different from the ones on KZread, highly recommend checking those out.

BF made his first apearence in Pico's School, The flash game. BF made his last appearence in the most recent FNF mod.

there was actually a popular fan theory back in the early days of fnf and people actually thought that the candy dealer in spooky month actually was lemon demon in fnf

The reason why Ooga booga is like that in spooky month 3 is because in the real ending of spooky month 2(on newgrounds) they got ran over by the police car while one of the guys drive was doing the spooky dance

Here's some spooky month lore because why not :So you know the exterminator..? The doll and Dexter are the same person. You can tell by the eye and by what he says when he arrives he says "I kill Two Rats, bats, cats and everything fast" and there is more about it there was a qr code that had an ad for the happy fella and it said "I bought one of these to remind me of my son, and then it got possessed" and in the Tender treats episode it shows Dexter is missing. But in the secret ending of tender treats patty is filling out a form of Dexter and his old body it says "I can't penitrate the skin and I already broke 2 saws while doing it" and it reads "The blood melts everything it touches". . . and There was an ad about Dexter when you scan the qr code on the yellow pages book it says " I kill, rats, bats and wasps" but then Dexter changed it to cats there is also a qr code in pumps toy box when the happy fella gets pulled out of it and it reads on a note "Where's my backpack and body?! She did this to me!" And another reads "I am trapped inside a dang doll" (I switched out the swear word to dang) anyways bye now
