I personally admire him as a video editor, since it takes a ton of time to be able to pull off the visual edits that he makes for 20+ minutes straight, while also keeping a consistent pace throughout the video's duration without rushing or half-assing any moment in said duration.

At least they tried to make it work in translation but that's the issue with some parts of the voice acting in the game, it doesn't sound like it was written for English most of the time. So a rap is just bound to fall flat unless extra effort is put in to make it not suck(insert "Hoyoverse doesn't wanna do that" type joke here). I can't speak for the JP dub but it sounded okay to me I guess.

I think it's unintentional, but Max0r videos have really good replayability because of how fast it is. You're never gonna catch everything in one viewing

My first peak into Maxor's epilepsy editing style before watching Genshin was the Final Fantasy 15 video and that made lmao at the fast pacing of his commentary on the game, especially that: "Don't worry Noctis, I'll save you from these three threatening giraffes!" When he summons Gandalf and destroys everything😂

Dendro + Geo should equal the ability to bind weapon with other weapons by vines or roots, or other elements by vines absorbing water, on fire or frozen; that way you have you hit two elements: Geo and [one of the elements mentioned earlier]

I feel like the reason Tectone didn't enjoy the Sumeru quests was cuz he was burnt out, cuz The sumeru main quest was as good as the Fontaine quest (and act 5 was just peak)

Sumeru was easily the best storyline of Genshin before 4.0. Like, no contest whatsoever. The only parts that come close IMO are the second half of Liyue and some (SOME) of Inazuma. I'm surprised to hear that Tectone didn't enjoy the Sumeru questline, but if he was burnt out on the game during that time it's very easy to understand why. He probably just wanted to get the quests over with instead of actually paying attention and enjoying them

@@valentin5960 So, what, then? None of Genshin is even close to being good if Sumeru isn't? The majority opinion seems to be that Sumeru is the best, and Fontaine is about on par with it. Do you just dislike all of Genshin's story then? I enjoyed the parts I mentioned quite a bit, so agree to disagree.

I’m 31 and Max0r videos are just coke for me. Take that as you will. One note on Sumeru. Jeht’s quest-line was fantastic. If it had been voice acted it would have been so much better. Like many I hope they do more with Jeht and give her a more unique design in the future, though it’s unlikely.

I'm older than Teccy, and I can follow. Not only is Mousey voicing Katheryn after voicing Tanith in Elden Ring Part 2 (that one had a lot of guests), but Pippa voiced Nahida, and Max0r even got Connor for Elden Ring Part 3. This man is getting closer to getting Watame one step at a time. But still no _HI3_ review despite using it twice (three?) times now. What's it matter if someone blocks you on X-Twitter? The app is quite literally an irrelevant waste of time. Leaving is one of the best decisions you can possibly make (but then I barely used it in the first place). _Honkai Impact 3rd_ Part 2 has been teased. It's looking like a fresh start with completely new characters (unless they're from _GGZ_ , I don't know. I never played). Oh, and we're going to frikkin' Mars (we've already been to the Moon) to investigate what was likely an ancient human colony there. The new engine looks frikkin' sick, and a significant number of the new characters could blend in in _HSR_ with supreme ease. I mean, I know Welt already did, but that's different. Hu Tao's rap only got messed up in EN. For some reason the dubbing company didn't want to do another take, and the pacing got all messed up. But take KR, CN, JP, they're all perfectly fine, good even. The EN version was so close to being just as good, a fan was able to fix it. One little step, that's all it'd have taken. Ah, but it goes with my hatred for Hu Tao's Sillychurl song in EN. I _wish_ you could manage languages per character.

Kinda wish a lot of games had that kinda thing, but it’s probably very difficult and/or time consuming to implement. Idk what was done for BBTAG but if they follow whatever they did, everything will be swell

Inazuma tired people of it's extremely pulshit build up which left many tired to actually give Sumeru story it's time to cook, while they could've fastened the base with the dori part all else was generally well done, I personally left after Inazuma AQ because of how it was, I came in the middle of Sumeru but I enjoyed it. in short people blame Sumeru for what Inazuma done wrong

Dendro works with lightning because plants need light to sustain themselves through photosynthesis and need a healthy dose of electrolytic water to grow. Quickening (the reaction name) is also a real life concept that applies to plants and women. It is the moment when plants arise from their slumber from cold seasons and when babies become really active in the mother's womb and start getting to be more energetic and kick the mother. Both of these concepts are dendro specific because... well nature encompasses both aspects of life mentioned above.

Plants need minerals from the earth so why we don't have a reaction between geo and dendro? Some plant mostly need wind to reproduce (spreed they seed) but we don't have any any reaction between anemo and dendro.

I was also wondering why it couldn't work with Cryo either, some kind of withering effect maybe, I just feel like they haven't completely fleshed out Dendro. I get Anemo and Geo not reacting to each other because they're like the two opposite ends of the spectrum. And then all other elements react to each other but Hoyoverse said fuck Cryo in particular, you don't get Dendro reactions except for reverse melt.@@avisdunrandom

I've gotten pretty into HSR which has me curious about GI, but it almost seems like too much to approach at this point. I guess the game is barely halfway through it's arc, but I'm not sure the realtime gameplay would translate as well on a mobile device (but might be better on PC).

Sumeru is played down too much... Its still top 2 best regions for me, the story is still the best archon quest but hopefully fontaine can match or beat it, and even the world quests, expansions etc were great. Also this guys editing is amazing 😂
