Most construction guys don’t drink anymore. They probably did at one point and gave it up. Construction sites are actually very intolerant to alcohol.

I used to be a framer, just make sure you got a good crew for framing. Foundation and framing are what matter most if those go wrong then everything goes wrong.. it’s a sick house tho, excited to see more and I know you do mad research before you get into anything so I’m sure you’ll be fine.
