I had bad IV luck this event. Didn't get GL IVs on Heatran from my trade, which isn't a surprise, but also didn't get it from 2 Giratina trades, one of which was a brand new friend. Of course the friend got a 1435 reroll 😑

Sounds like every guzzlord trade I’ve ever done and to add insult to injury I always get solid PvP iv’s but over GL eligibility while the friend I traded with gets under the threshold but don’t even care 💀

I'm only in the 2800's but I still run shadow poli, lanturn has been pretty non existent since all i see are mud boys and charajabugs. shadow poli just hits really hard and debuffs. I typically don't invest shields unless up against a skarmory or depending on team comp. I just changed up my team to match the meta today and went 14-1 with s poli, dewgong and talonflame.I know theres a lot of weaknesses here but i kept running into dragons and skarmories and whiscash's

14:18 you’re a much better battler than me HSH, but I still don’t see this as being a guaranteed loss. Drill runs were doing less damage when debuffed than your remaining health here. It looked like you could shield, icy wind, and then farm down for the win and still tank a drill run. But hey awesome gameplays and video!

Idk but just today i got a 1/12/9 heatran for GL and its my first trade its Rank 44 for GL but it don't have Magma storm should i really use elite tm on it or not?

Where did you get 4 GL eligible Heatran to trade?

Heatran Great League Analysis. Pros = Great defensive typing / High Attack for better Charge Move Priority / Spammy / Fast move DPS / Shield Pressure / Flexible moveset / Anti-Fairy and good for limited formats Cons = Weakness to Ground2x Fighting and Water / Low Bulk / Extremely reliant against Type matchups / Trade Only Eligibility As far as Heatran goes it is not a pokemon that will see many play but with Fire/Steel typing it can break some team cores especially like Victreebel+Charmer. It does have a high attack stat to win CMP but low bulk and in neutral matchups it will not do very well and the best time Heatran shines is against good type alignments due to its very good typing for defense. A bit difficult to obtain due to trade only is the one issue it has to use one but it is definitely a fun pokemon to use as long as you can keep it away against pokemons like Whiscash Annihilape. In terms of comparison it is like a Charizard but with very little attack and defense difference (2-5 attack difference and 6-10 defense) but with better defensive typing.

Hello again I was close of getting a great league heatran but didn't from research but I did get shiny also I won't be surprised if the new great league legendary will be Darkrai he is from Sinnoh but heatran is he Sinnoh or Hoenn

@@dr.gamez2072 Darkrai is sadly not good in general unfortunately. It's moveset is Snarl + Dark Pulse and your choice of ShadowBall/FocusBlast/SludgeBomb*. Not to mention its bulk is extremely poor even a Umbreon can run the same moveset and do better.

@@dr.gamez2072 I love Attack-Deoxys. If only it had Psycho Cut as a fast move then it would be even better. 4-4-4 per PsychoBoost but despite it getting melted with no damage fast moves it's still an amazing pokemon as it's a 1-1 trade or shield.

It actually beats the entire team including Bastiodon if you are running EarthPower which people are not aware of. StoneEdge is more preferred but depending on your moveset it does very good into Bastiodon or just don't need EarthPower either as Rock+Fire already make good coverage options. Even then just 1 pokemon that hard checks those 2 cancerous Pokemons is such a win.
