Butterfly breast. Stuff with spinach leaves, sundried tomatoes, caramelized onions, and Gouda or any cheese you want. Season outside. Wrap in bacon. Cover and bake or grill.

Went fishing on the Detroit river and caught eight walleye all nice eating fish first time ever fishing for this type of fish. Can’t wait to do it again..

Glad you didn’t throw the leg and thigh meat out. So many hunters will breast them out and waste the rest. Some states have struck laws against it but they still do it. Congrats on a good hunt!

The poppers look great and I’m sure they tasted awesome. But …. You smothered the wonderful pure taste of the pheasant breast meat with all the seasoning and added ingredients you used. You’ve heard the old saying, KISS - keep it simple stupid. Next time you have a few fresh pheasant breasts, simply marinate them overnight in buttermilk. The buttermilk tenderizes and seasons the meat. When ready prepare them by dusting n seasoned flower (salt & pepper), coat in egg wash, cover with panko. Sautés in butter in a skillet over medium heat until done. Got this recipe in Mitchell, South Dakota. Damn fine eating!
