Cooldown very good also his passive speed is increased by a lot but we need silenced passive. They should make him little more flexible with silence added.

Hey i played old helcurt a LOT. when he get revamp i was happy. but the 2 skill got weak a litte?? I just hope it just for now and will got the same old damage soon

It counts as basic attack and not a critic so we did got a little less damage for early game.
