Biggest take away: Josh Rivera saying you gotta air out all the BS and limiting beliefs and just do the necessary inputs to do 10K/mo whilst maintaining that belief you can do it within a plausible Time frame. That truly helped because of how it's hard to focus on one thing in a world where all this info is shoved into your face.

1.The ability to believe that you will succeed even though everything is going to shit is crucial to win. 2. If you stick with something long enough it will work we just have to put in the reps and with enough volume it is literally impossible to fail 3.You're the average of the people you surround yourself with so surround yourself with people who have big goals and dreams, surround yourself with 5 millionaires and you'll be the 6th. 4.there's lots of opportunities available in this world and 10k a month is literally nothing and we should be aiming higher these are the things I've taken away from the video P.S I could really use the 500$ , I'm from a 3rd world country trying to start my own agency , I've worked with an agency in the past and after working an entire month for them getting them 40+ appointments through cold calling they didn't pay me a dollar and scammed me

Somthing I don't really belive is overking yourself. If you really want to reach a goal, and reach a certain lifestyle you'd never feel like you have worked enough untul you reach that goal. But it's easier to say "I'm only going to work today" than to actually do it. So it really takes time to recalibrate your brain to those only working settings. I've been struggling on this for a while, still haven't landed any clients. But hearing Matt had 4 month of nothing and the part where he spoked about confidence really resonted with me and will definitely help me reach the mindset I'm trying to have. Sorry for the long message hahah but in short. Great video, thanks Matt,Iman and Josh. P.S Would definitly love to update you on my situation in some months 🙏

So much value as always! An interesting takeaway for me comes from the first question - getting to 10K, doing it alone vs. getting to 100-450K, managing others. Really goes to show that if you aren't ready to hire a great team and manage them, then you aren't really ready to make it big in this space or any space tbh

Matt, great interview so far man. Really enjoying it. I had to pause to leave a comment regarding passive income. Have you looked into real estate syndication or private credit funds? It’s as close to passive as you can get. Deploy $50-100k and watch checks come in monthly or quarterly and get a 1.5-2x+ return over the next couple of years and then repeat. Can point you to a couple reputable companies so you can research if you’d like

For me there’s 2 types of complexity Personal and professional It’s hard to face both at the same time I want my personal life to be as simple as possible so I can endure the complexity professionally Eventually… I think that shifts and does a 180 (likely when I have a family) But I feel I need to “overcome” the professional complexity first and then I can go focus on personal complexities

@@mattshieldssmma one thing that I’ve come to understand too at least about myself is that I have to approach the professional complexity as if it will be there my entire life. I have the curse of ambition and you probably do too that there will always be something to work on and build. I’ve endured professional complexity while single and with a family and I think I am better at my business now that I have less focus time. Granted I’m also older than when I was single and “all” on. Anyway, the success of my business can’t be hindered by my family but man it’s tough switching from going ham all day to spending time with the fam, all within a few minutes apart. But it kinda makes you go hard on both because of the constrains. I appreciate you replying to every single comment and you’re a huge inspiration to everyone no matter their age. Keep on doing what ours doing brother and you’ve got every one of us behind you.

Select a niche with proven potential for significant earnings and one that aligns with personal experience (always recommended). - Success in business requires a servant mindset, focusing on serving others, clients, and a higher purpose (God). Money is a byproduct. - Surrounding yourself with successful people can elevate each other's achievements. - Building a strong character is foundational for business success. So pretty much maintaining a disciplined-positive mindset are great for long-term success. - Aim high; consider $10k, $20k, $30k a month as a starting point, not the ultimate goal. Beliefs and ambitions should always stretch beyond immediate targets.

I was studying the Bible today and it's amusing because that was the same thing Moses did in Exodus 18: 14-26. When his father-in-law Jethro advises him to build people that will help him to manage the people of Israel so he won't wear out. Currently, I'm using the same system now as the foundation of my agency in building people in my them. The 500 bucks will be helpful too.🙏🏼

Funny enough in my bible study today.
