Brandon, I'm sure you won't read this, but in case you do you should know. The route your life has taken you is a lot better than what the NFL could have done for you. As someone that had to make the switch from football to business, I realized how much better I have it without all the concussions and long-term injuries. I never got to play in the NFL but I did get to see a lot of the behind the scenes of that life and trust me, you have it better. Keep up the good work man, you're a great businessman 💪 💵 .

Embrace the suck. Smooth seas never made a skillful sailor. These kind of messages from brandon have helped me so much. RESULTS SO FAR: Lost 50 lbs 210 to 160 lbs atm. 4.0 gpa this semester taking 17 credits. Confidence is sky high from people telling me I make it look easy, even though I wake up at 6 am to get my workout in and study an extra 2-3 hours. Now it's summer and i'm kinda chillin for a week, but my goal this year is to be as consistent as possible even if I am going through the motions on some days. Thanks a lot for being the older brother I never had.

Well said, man! May I tell you a story?Imagine a little girl of 4 years in the very early 1980s in Germany. The girl ever knew she wanted to become a trauma surgeon. Which was like no chance to ever become that as a female those days. The girl kept on believing. She struggled at school and suffered like mad being bullied for her big dream. Bad grades, hard time at home, it was a FIGHT all the way. In 2006 the girl finally startet to work as one of two female trauma surgeons in a big hospital in a big german town. Being on duty in the ER was her LIFE for almost 8 years. She loved to help, she loved to comfort, she even saved some guys lifes. And then there was that one day when a young woman came to the ER, 3 little kids right behind her. She asked the nurse if I was there. I immediately knew her. I knew her by the scars that were all over her body and face, that I had seen as wounds months before. We just hugged for ever and balled our eyes out. She said that one sentence to me: "Thank you for saving my life."THAT MOMENT was worth ALL THE PAIN to become that trauma surgeon that I am. Now I am a mom myself. And now I know that being a mom is BY FAR the even harder job. I have a new aim to reach. And I fight for it every day. Being a GOOD mom. While still being a fulltime worker. (plus working out with your videos as often as I can find a second for myself)This story may give you the clue that there is no end of the road when one aim is reached-or missed. Keep on going. There will be new aims. If you missed one, fight for the next. Even harder. Thanx for listening.

Your videos have helped me become more goal-oriented, disciplined, and focused on the goals I have in life, such as working out, doing well in school, and having confidence even in tough times. I seriously don't know what I would be like without you. I truly appreciate what you are doing brother, please always keep this passion of yours and never give up. Speaking the truth Bro. I'm in my late 40's and can still bench 405 for reps, squat 585 for reps, deadlift 675 for reps. Have never taken a PED, but it wasn't until I got into my 40's that I started really lifting to my potential. Because for many years I listened to others negativity. Now I live life the way I truly want, and it's absolutely amazing.

Im 5’11 and before that experience I was 200 pounds of solid muscle I lost all my gains and went down to nearly 140 pounds after a month in the ICU for years I have been depressed and barely in 2023 I have been motivated to rebuild myself physically, mentally, emotionally and financially today. I watch your videos everyday to get me heated after realizing that I lost everything including myself and I need to rebuild. Thank you so much. Watching from Monterrey Mexico

I always wanted to play football too. A couple years ago, a coworker begged me to come to his semi pro football practice. I thought I would never be able to compete, especially since I was in my 30's and haven't played any sports in years (I never played organized football in my life!). Well I finally went to practice so he could leave me alone, and I did surprisingly well. The coach was impressed with me. He was very surprised saying I was hanging with the best of them. I thought I could finally live my dream. Well I never got to play. I injured my ankle walking to my car one day. It took a long time to heal. My health deteriorated during that time and I just gave up on trying to get in shape again. The team ended up winning the championship that year. I could've lived a dream.

These words hit me hard B, I won't let you or me down. A wise man listens, while the teacher explains how it is. You're my teacher and have been for atleast 3 to 4 years now. Looking back on it I'm glad i stumbled upon your channel, you definitely influenced my life. As long as you keep posting these videos I'll listen, support, and apply these principles to my life. Just wanted to say thank you. Take care BBC. 🤙🏽

If everyone in the world made money by selling everyone else programs on how to make money we would all be making each other money and spending it on programs on how to make money so we could make more money.

Love this video. Even after you revealed you were a drug dealer I had to take a step back and think of how you turned you life around. Your presentation is so raw it is what makes you enjoyable to watch. I myself haven't been giving my best effort but today I will take action. Thanks for being vulnerable not because you want pity but because you want us to learn from your mistake and that you are human. God Bless.

Hey Brandon thanks for this message. I been working ass off trying to achieve my fitness goals for the past 18 months, I'm seeing results but it's slower than other people and yeah it hurts and it's frustrating. Your message of 4 years of pain to feel the glory is just what I needed to hear. Still going after it man.

Love the video, know that feeling of regret. Wanted to be a professional soccer player and I gave up because of other people's opinions of me. Two years after I quit I played a game with friends and a pro youth player joined in with his friends. Done better than him and I released I shouldn't listen to other people. Now I want to open my own business and train people and I've gained the ability to not give a fuck and do what I want regardless of the situation I'm in. You helped me develop this attitude and go for what I want through your videos, keep doing what you're doing.

It is my dream to become a UFC fighter because I love it. My family and friends tell me to be realistic and they laugh it off. But, I dont give a shit what they say and I am going to go full out!

39 years old. I still have regrets, ageing still needs reflection on the self. Speak up, communicate, express thee self, feel empowered in the self, there will be resistant, conflict, insecurities, but speak up, learn to speak assertively not aggressively, apologies when need, dont hold and move on. Have structure, give things a go in life. That's my simple advice at 39 years. Not old, but wise enough person with regret and years of self harming in the mind, heart.
