I absolutely love these authentic and real vlogs.

Watching your vlogs is my therapy. Please don't stop posting this. On the other hand for me, depression is caused by not having goals or vision on what you gonna do in life. Even if we do have goals and vision, we are to scared to do it because of the consequences. I live in a country where mental health isn't a thing. There's a few therapist but I'm trying not to go to one or taking medication because I feel like I'm gonna be dependant on those things. SO, watching your vlogs is like having a conversation with someone who I can relate to. Thanks for this, Andrew.

I am grateful for you & your vlogs. The authenticity comes through and may earn your title for the best vlogger in my book. I am of course grateful for my family, home, and food. But these man, these vlogs they're the best.

I'm greatful for all the people who have come and gone in my life and the experiences that came along with them. I try to never regret anything in my life and always just be greatful for what I've learned through all the experiences we go through in life when something bad happens in life I just try to be greatful that it wasn't any worse than what it was when something good happens I try to be greatful that it ever happened in the first place. I try not to think about how much better in could have been and just be greatful for what it was. I'm greatful for every good and bad person I've met and for every good or bad thing that happens to me. I also never put shame on myself unless I really know that i have a good enough reason to be ashamed of myself. I just try to go with the flow and every once in a while take control when I see the opportunity to work twords my goals. never stress just do what you can and keep going

Andrew, you should do a documentary on your own life if you ever do make it in your transition from prankster to interviewer/skits. Watching your career change through your vlogs has been interesting to say the least and would relate to a large audience such as myself.

It's not about forcing positive by dismissing negative feelings or pretending they don't exist. That's disingenuous. It's learning the art of stoicism- not giving too great of credence to your emotions. Honesty>Happiness

Hey Andrew, you should consider doing 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat. It's free; food and a place to sleep are included. The meditation is pretty rigorous. It's about 8-10 hours meditation a day so you can't really run away from the things that are bothering you deep down. I don't want to write up a whole essay trying to persuade you to do it. I'm just suggesting you take look at the site: dhamma.org and explore around. Don't worry, I'm an atheist, it's not a religion. I'm not practicing it anymore but I believe it helped me at an unconscious level to respect all the happenings of everyday life, no matter how difficult it may be at times, Goodluck. Lesser expectations the better.

I did a vipassana course with my friend two years ago. It was life changing for sure. The meditation showed me how to accept change and be as I am with out feeling stressed from the overwhelming amounts of external conditions that life throws at you.
