The fact that my £40 (35$) namek krillin sh figuarts has more accessories than a 60$ vegeta figure is absolutely jaw dropping. Just goes to show that they make you pay more for the popular characters. (I've been watching your channel for quite a while now, and i've just realised you only have 40K subscribers! @@dankerbell but the bulk for base goku is just perfect for dbz and for the legs, they're now using soft crotch pieces. and 2.0 doesn't have full sideways leg motion either, which is even more important

I put a thin coat of nail polish remover on the neck joint to tighten it up & his head is able to move much better without exposing the neck gap. I agree that he should’ve had a better ab crunch. Besides that& maybe a Galic Gun effect I really really like the figure

you can give him the saiyan saga skirt with tail, by getting the dragonstars one and cutting a bit of plastic off from inside the belt.

Love the portraits on this figure, don’t love much else. On mine, the figure’s right shoulder pad never wants to sit flush with the chest and it’s driving me bananas. The diaphragm joint is awful and I’m surprised they didn’t go with a hinged-peg setup. And yeah, that neck was the first thing I noticed out of the box. Definitely underwhelmed with this one.

It's always disappointing, when a company like Shfiguarts charges more for less. It really should be the other way. Shfiguarts I think should charge, $5.00-$10.00 less than S7. Or charge the same as Jada Toys. I guess if you're a in box collector it won't be an issue. A loose collector can buy an extra character, with an effect piece use that for Vegeta.

What I did was swap put the shoulders from SSJ Trunks ($35 figure) and that helped with proportions and shoulder pads not moving when you move them up. Of course its a shame you even have to do that but its a great figure once you do. The biggest gripe is that style of shoulder articulation is trash imo.

I think I prefer the Nappa articulation for the shoulders. Maybe that’s what the Trunks does? I’ll have to look. This rear side hinge is so strange

I bought it, it’s not perfect but I’m happy with it. Also you are the first person I’ve heard pronounce Demoniacal correctly.

Third party companies should be, hopefully, pushing Bandai to rethink some stuff. As for "bootleg", I would say that's the cheap stuff that copies real designs where third party companies are building figures from scratch with quality materials.

From what I’m to understand, they don’t really pay much attention outside of “cease and desist” because they don’t care if it’s better or worse than what they make. Just that they’re being made.

The original release of saiyan saga vegeta came with a ki effect part. Why not this one? Also why doesn’t he have a two finger pointing hand for when he killed Qui? Also why is he so stocky? Either his chest shouldn’t be that wide or his limbs should be bulkier. They look like the same limbs they use for normal Vegeta.

Luffy can’t come with 9 faces in a single box. But they gave a singular hand to Qui? Face is a maybe(the standard should be 5 faces like the Naruto line but regardless db has a consistent 4) but why a singular hand? Trash.

As much as I was hyped for this guy, I am so disappointed in the decisions made with the body! Lack of ability crunch and the outdated arms and legs kill me so much, as figure posing is my favorite hobby, and this was a Vegeta I needed so much 😭 The faceplates though are like the best looking Vegeta faces ever! Just dont like the weird closed mouth smirk though lol

They made the saiyan saga with the bottom pads and tail. It’s older and expensive now.

i would've been excited for this one but him not being the armour vegeta wears fighting frieza and his chest being so stocky and barrel-y kinda stinks. his height is much better than the scouter vegeta but i guess we'll still have to wait for a good shoulder pads vegeta.
