It could be that the channel fader (poti) steering the op-amp and have not direct nf signal.. Because you have only one fader contact but the channel is stereo.. check the voltage during manipulation on fader... This maybe helps you...

I like watching you break things 😂nöp nöp nöp Forgive me if you already know this, but it seems to be what you are misunderstanding. Faders are linear potentiometers. They are a long conductive strip of resistive material with a wiper. So to test one you need to measure conductivity between the wiper and one end of the resistive strip. There should be continuous conductivity (otherwise the audio will pop and cut out). And there also needs to be a change in resistance from one end to the other. So an oscilloscope is probably overkill to check this. You just need to check the resistance with a ohm meter between the wiper and one end of the strip.

Yes i know, that the +48v goes to the mic phantom and the +12v and -12v goes to the opamps

12v plus and 12v minus is for the opamps, they work mostly with +/- ... Check on google for that.
