Very nice idea to take this futuristic plan and make it reality in Cities Skylines where we can experiment with demolishing everything for a city which might become too car centric not very liveable in reality :-) Cities Skylines made me read about planned cities (like Brasilia or Le Corbusier's plan) and I played a bit with it on a low level. Nice to see somebody doing it in such a professional way :-) Merci mec, je suis curieux de voir plus :-)

I am so glad that you decided to take up this project. I may not agree with Le Corbusier's Principles but his concept of a city and especially his model are so fascinating that it would be interesting to see how well it works out in cities skylines.

His idea for Paris was really the most drastic one, i can't deny that! But some of his designs implement in a slightly different way can for sure work!

This is exactly the kind of thought experiment for which C:S is especially well-suited. I've been following this particular series since it started as Le Corbusier's approach to city design, specifically the *ville radieuse*, has always fascinated me - had you not done this I probably would have eventually gotten around to it. Maybe I'll turn my attention to his work in Chandigarh instead, haha. Anyway this is excellent work on a par with the two builders you mention (Akruas and AUS$2.20) and I look forward to the next episode! À votre santé

There was also Yuttho and his future city project, Astergea. Unfortunately his project seems to have stopped indefinitely. Plenty of interesting discussions with each episode though.

@@kertaspaper94 Yeah, totally forgot about Yuttho. Probably because he hasn't been around much lately. Astergea was of equally high quality calibre. On a slight tangent, if you're looking for future city builds you can't really do much better than @Dirty H's Araceli series - he's moved on to a European style build now but that one was what got me interested in his work. Some of his other builds like Minos and Petra are frankly astonishing.

I like cinematics more then build time laps my self and educational parts like you have in this episode! And Le Corbusier in my opinion is genius!

I think you should find a bit of time to design the original standard tower model, It will look much better

He also proposed to erase half of Buenos Aires to build a new center as well. When I studied architecture I could never understand why everyone believes he was a genius, when in my opinion he was a delusional and detached from reality fool
