To hear the burp and then listen to his audio in story 3 change made me nauseous but in a hilarious way.

i cook, clean, workout, and try to sleep listening to your stories. By _try_ to sleep, I mean that 90% of the time i get invested in the stories at it's suddenly 4-5am. oh and by the way, I've been here since I was in Eighth grade, now I'm a registered nurse. Graduated last year.

We need a compilation of STRICTLY bloopers 😂 might annoy tf outta you at the time but it's epic for us 😂❤ That said, the story about the kidnapping really got to me. I've been followed by a group of men while walking through a Walmart with my then very small daughters (now 9&7). I'm extremely paranoid and their dad gets SO ANNOYED with me about it. And yes he was at the store and saw how terrified I was. NEVER ignore your instincts around the public. Glad that girl (the traumatized one) didn't ignore what she saw ❤

@@simon.templar9998 I've made very neat, serviceable "curtains" out of donated bed sheets. Window coverings don't have to cost much/anything. And most shelters have donation and fundraising programs; can't tell me they couldn't afford window coverings.

Joel could read hours of them. But I’d rather put up a blanket or any kind of window cover than have nothing because assaults often happen by opportunistic predators.

I was in a coma for 16 days because of septic pneumonia and I remember my dreams (I don’t know what else to call it) vividly. It was intense and so real that when they woke me up again I was convinced the other coma reality was real and when I came out of the fog completely I mourned that place I was and the people I loved there. It’s weird and hard to explain

They word it wrong when you say if it had not been for her paranoid thoughts or because she was Trumatised that she was able to help that small girl it wasn’t that at all it’s because she looked at that small girl and remembered being her and that is what saved her that’s so gut wrenching that anyone should ever be place in the situation or ever have to experience so much pain and terror

So you intentionally back off on the sedation and she freaks out after waking up and pulls out the breathing tube because of something you did and you failed to tell the truth. That's malpractice my dear. You should be dismissed immediately.

My dad recently was in the hospital and had to use a ventilator. It was a scary sight, and looking up the process of putting it in and taking it out- it’s a serious procedure. It basically goes through the vocal cords

Erika(or Erica) is such an angel! While listening, I was thinking as to why her mom hadn't gotten her any help( it turns out she has, but baby steps). And as OP said that if it weren't for her trauma, that little girl would've vanished. She’s a hero.

I was 6 years old and with a neighbor boy on our way to school and was almost abducted by a man and woman in a car at the end of our own driveway. Those traumas are burned in my memory forever and affects everything in your life. I could sit down with a police sketch artist today and describe the entire event. 😢

I had dreams, lots and lots of dreams that seemed like memories and nightmares. I had dreams of my cats running away and then dreams of me being surrounded by people in the middle of the street, closing in on me. I was scared and confused the entire time. It’s not fun and no joke.

I was living in Oslo when the bombing happened in the first story. I heard it from miles away and, at the time, thought it was a firework or something, which was strange because it was daytime. Then I saw what really happened reported on TV.

My mom died in a hospital with covid in a medically induced coma, so that covid story hits close to home. A person's dad I'm occasionally talking to basically ripped out his tube, too, and the famaha was too severe. He died a while after. It truly is terrifying because we have no idea if people in medically (chemically) induced comas feel pain and whatnot. It seems that they can hear us, kind of, but still. That's where the real horror lies.

I had a bad incident a year ago.. i was burned on l 30 percentile of my lower body. I was taken by helicopter to another state for emergency surgery.. Anywho for the first 10 days or so I was put into a medicaly induced comma . Actually twice as i wdidnt come out of the first one the way they wanted me to. I have no memory whatsoever of those 10 days or so I woke up on April the 14th and the only reason I knew what that was there was a board in front of my bed with a date on it and I retain that information cuz it was my mother's birthday. So I'm not sure what happens when your consciousness is when you are unconscious I guess.. I have no recall of that whatsoever.
