Apparently, *he* has, too. Perhaps Jeannie "fudged" his- and Amanda's- memories of her, in order to safeguard her privacy with "Master". 😉

I believe Jeannie slightly "fudged" his memories {and Amanda's} so that he had virtually no recollection of ever having met her. She can do that.

Shortly after Tony introduced Jeannie as his fiancée, Dr Bellows queried where Roger was. Tony then moved Jeannie out of earshot of Dr. Bellows and General Schaeffer and ordered Jeannie to blink Roger back to NASA and, after forgetting who Roger was for just a few seconds, she duly did.

He was almost killed by Jeannie's uncle's men. Luckily, Jeannie blinked him back to NASA just in time.

And then he tries to pretend Jeannie's a "trespasser" (uttering those unforgettable words, "I never saw her before in my life!"), before Tony straightens him out.
