I finally figured out why the 212th look so bad: they're using the print of the 501st helmets on the 212th helmets, minus the stripe down the face. At least, a very, very similar print

To make an accurate looking captain wilco you just have to get a sharpie and ruin a plain p2 clone helmet. Or you could buy a custom helmet
