Been an avid follower for a long time and it was my first time to post a comment. Through your videos I used to sing over and over in a kareoke specially when I am in a bad mood while I am singing it automatically change my mood and it helps me to feel better. There are times I am just listening and laying on my bed and easily makes me feel calm and suddenly fell asleep. Thank you for sharing it helps me a lot to makes me feel good. I feel like an empty shell all the time. :( A downward spiral that I can't seem to get out of ... standing on quick sands.
