I was inspired by the Boognish (and my friend Daniel) to do my brownest cover video yet, the gorgeous and heartbreaking track "I Don't Want It" by the rock band Ween. I play it off legit, mang.

Awesome sound bro. Definitely playin' that shit legit. Quick question: what are you using to get that crunchy tone during the solo? IT just does not come off as well with my basic amp OD...

Hahaha I do try to play it off legit 😂 For the solo I'm using a fuzz with the gain way up, but then with a ton of a reverb on it to really saturate it.

You're correct -- I actually did a guitar tutorial of this song and discussed that at the beginning: kzread.info/dash/bejne/o2yLrtyiaLTFlZc.html I'm trying to remember exactly what it was tuned to, I want to say it was around 445; just slightly higher in pitch than normal. I tuned all my guitars here to match the album version.
Great cover man, do you by any chance have a tab for the solo? I tried the one on the ween tablature website, but yours sounds much closer to the real thing
