I grew up with Toys R Us for a lot of my life, asking my dad to go to toys r us every day. Then we saw it was closing down, I couldn’t believe it. My favourite childhood store gone forever. Then Smyths Toys Superstore (For non-brits it is another toy store) opened very shortly after and then I just see how tiny it was compared to how big Toys R Us was. Guessing the saying ‘Biggest Toy Store there is’ is really true. At the end of the Day, I will always be a Toys R Us Kid. Gee Whizz.

I got to see my local toys r us abandoned an vacant. It had to entrance sign an exit sign still on. Did not get a chance to see the inside of it but the logo was off. It was dirty from what I saw an yea. It’s sad to see Kmart toys “R” us ames an much more childhood stuff go.

It's open in American Dream in NJ. The rest of the stores are just a section in Macy's.

I stile miss toys r us I don’t care about smiths I had so much memories of it but all my dreams came crashing down when it closed I will always be a toys r us kid 😪
