Coverage from the Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis vs Frank Martin weigh-in as things got heated between the two undefeated lightweights during a very fiery face-off which saw the pair separated by security.
The press conference earlier this week sprung to live when Martin took to the microphone, with Davis taunting him off-mic between every word he spoke. Davis later claimed Martin was shaking when talking, to which Frank Martin responded sarcastically, describing himself as being a “scared mother f*cker”.
Gervonta Davis and Frank Martin both weighed in under the 135lb limit, with the belt holder coming in a pound lighter than his challenger. Gervonta Davis weighed in at 133.4lbs, while Frank Martin weighed in at 134.4lbs. The two will not come face to face again until they are in the ring at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on June 15th.
David Benavidez in chief support weighed in at 174.2lbs, as did his opponent Oleksandr Gvozdyk.
The event will be broadcast live on PBC PPV on Amazon Prime and will also feature David Benavidez making his light heavyweight debut against Oleksandr Gvozdyk.
