Gimai Seikatsu ep 1! THIS IS MY JAM! You can just feel the trauma oozing out of the characters. This legit felt like two (or three!) eps worth of quality drama, without feeling rushed. That's a really good sign for me. I'm gonna love this series :D

I watch the first 3 pre air episodes, and as a novel reader, I can say that they did very well adapting it into anime👌

I wonder how their relationship will develop in the future. It looks like it will be a good drama. The heroines of this season's romantic comedies are interesting, with a variety of types, including robot, half Russian, and step-sister.

Yes! There's a lot to work with in this series, I think. It should be real good ^^ Haha! We got quite the mix of characters for sure!
I have some predictions from the first episode (no source knowledge, assuming there is one). His mom had a tragic death, he possibly also issues with failed friendships or bullying. He likely has very few if any friends and has a disconnected, avoidant personality type. Her dad either was never in the picture or bailed on the family when she was young. We know her mother had little relationship with her because of her schedule as a working single mother, which I assume has been the situation for years. Her friendships were superficial, so she dropped them when they got annoying. She has feelings of extremely low self worth.

I like these predictions. I do think one of the parents met an untimely demise, I don't think both. But as for the kids, I think you're spot on.
Wait...how did i not realize this and "Senpai wa Otokonoko" were airing this season!? Why did nobody tell me! It's catching up time for me!

Yeah, slow start with two boring characters LOL I'll pass this one but it looks like a beginning for a long drama series for people like teenagers

I feel like this has the most interesting and mature story of all of the romance series this season combined. But to each their own :p
