I don't dye eggs. I'll show you how to decorate eggs without painting and surprise your guests

While I’m mentally preparing for Easter, I’m working through the menu, looking at the recipe for my favorite Easter cake, and looking through cottage cheese recipes. I have already bought all sorts of powders. They are now sold in the shape of hearts, flowers, small sweet eggs and other decorations.
This year I specially bought everything earlier, since closer to the holiday there will be everything left that I didn’t buy.
And of course, I’m thinking about how to color eggs; I’ve loved this activity since childhood. I want to not just paint them, but make something special out of them. I remembered the fairy tale about the golden egg, but this is a great idea.
Gold looks luxurious; such eggs will definitely decorate the Easter table and attract attention.
You can buy special golden food colorings. I have these bags of paints. The brilliant colors are different - yellow, red, green, blue.
But to achieve the perfect color, like gold, you need gold leaf.
This is the thinnest foil, light as a feather. With even the weakest breath it will fly away and fall into pieces. Therefore, you need to work with it carefully.
This foil must be glued, and the white of a raw egg will be used as glue. It can also be replaced by garlic juice; to do this, you need to grate it on a fine grater.
In the morning, it is better to remove the eggs from the refrigerator so that they come to room temperature. With this method, the color of the eggs is not important.
Before cooking, add a spoonful of salt to the water so that if there is an accidental crack, the protein does not leak out.
- The eggs are boiled and need to be cooled.
- To work, you need to prepare two cups - one with protein, the other with water. You also need two brushes.
- Cut the gold leaf into small squares using a stationery knife. Or you can tear it into small pieces, keeping your hands dry.
- Now we take one brush, dip it in the egg white and grease the egg enough to cover the area with gold leaf.
- Next, dip another brush into water, shake off excess drops and grab a piece of gold leaf with the wet tip.
- We attach it to the egg and smooth it with the same brush. We continue in this way until the entire surface turns golden.
Gold.
You can make gold spots in the same way. To do this, you need to lubricate the small heels of the shell with protein.
Beauty!
You should definitely try this luxurious way of decorating eggs and have a Happy Easter!

Очень плохо что не красите: Четверговые яйца едят неделю и чтобы они не испортились, луковая шелуха защищает их от этого! Всё не просто так, проверено веками!
