I know we have to term drivers or driver, but we have to really stop saying that why because you’re in your own private conveyance, you do not need a license to travel that’s correct you do not need a license to travel in your own private car other people who do not know they call it driver driving commerce commercial that’s all part of DMV. You do not need a license for that and any tickets that you get because of the privilege card that you have. ““ a drivers license, they are illegal. They are called bills of attainder rid of assistance. It’s unlawful to give out a ticket in the United States. Now if you work for somebody commerce commercial you get a ticket because why do you need a drivers license when you’re in your own private car you are traveling down the public highways you have a right to do that that’s your Constitutional Right knowledge is power.

I disagree. Nothing will happen on the side of the department… but cops like them don’t get to see their children grow up and have families. Either the officers themselves end up getting American flags folded into triangles and handed to their kids, OR people who really wanna hurt those officers find out where their kids go to school, catch ‘em on the way home one day, and take what they love most. Personally, I’m old school. I kill the pockets first then go for the heart next. It’s much more effective to make these people live with the consequences of their wrongdoing by taking what they love away from them than it is to do anything to them personally. If that’s me, their kids get pounded on every single day until they can’t even leave the house anymore or have to move across the country.

Deputy Ian Fujino has already proven himself to be a pervert or racist depending on what motivates him to force young men to hold his hand as part of a fabricated traffic stop. Deputy Gonzalez is trash but I guess you've figured that out by now. Christopher Bailey learned about Gonzalez the hard way. This entire event was orchestrated by the coward watch commander who failed to investigate or even care about the previous victims of Deputy Fujino. Now all the regulars I record have been crying that it isn't fair how I have been treating them based on the behavior of their co workers. Cry me a river gentlemen. Incoming videos.

The police cannot "make sure you don't have a gun on you." The police need RAS (factual evidence) that a person PROBABLY DOES have a weapon inside their clothing, typically based on the cop seeing the outline of the weapon under the clothing. Also, the RAS for a Terry frisk must be separate from the original RAS or PC for the stop. Evidence standards are positive, not negative. In other words, the cop cannot conduct a frisk or search based on assumptions, they must have a FACTUAL basis for their actions. For example, the cops saw the outline of a gun in the suspect's pocket, so under that standard a Terry frisk is legal. For a full intrusive search of a person or vehicle the cops must have the higher standard of PROBABLE CAUSE evidence, meaning hard evidence obtained by the cops at the scene.

You should start auditing the tow area there cop helpers

You have to sue them because they have no probable cause getting into his car without a warrant or accident. They had no probable exigence to get into his car to search his vehicle.
