Cooking recipe and ingredients:
1 cup of warm water (200 ml).
1 cup of warm milk (200 ml).
1 tablespoon of sugar (20 g).
8 g dry yeast.
Mix.
Set aside for 5 minutes for the yeast to dissolve.
1 egg. Separate the yolk from the protein.
I've been doing this every day since I learned this method.
90 ml of vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Sift 500 g of wheat flour through a sieve.
Now keep mixing.
Add another 100 g of flour.
Knead the dough until it is smooth.
The dough should be medium soft.
Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil.
Cover and set aside in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Roll into a large ball.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Set aside 1 piece of dough.
Then roll out with a rolling pin.
I enlarged the dough to fit the size of the baking sheet I will be using.
Place on parchment.

Очень любила выпечку, часто пекла. Но вот решила отказаться полностью от печеного, хлеба, вообще муки и сладкого... Через небольшое время отказалась от аптек и сменила гардероб на четыре размера меньше... Всем здоровья! Теперь смотрю видео, наслаждаюсь красотой процесса, но результатом не пользуюсь, не хочу обратно в больную и толстую жизнь. 😘😘😘

Зачем обжираться. Можно печь иногда. А можно часто, но не объедаться. Я пеку маленькие порции и не очень часто. Вес нормальный. Есть блогеры, пекут каждый день и как модель стройные.

Вы молодец! Я тоже исключила: сахар, муку, белый рис... Сбросила более 40 кг! 3й год вес стоит, потому что питаюсь правильно! Увлеклась нутрициологией! И, ДА, тоже не вернусь в больную и толстую жизнь! Но иногда можно позволить себе немного выпечки) просто взять не пшеничную муку, а амарантовую, гречневую, пшенную.... И съесть небольшой кусок в обед...
Очень понравилось. Так всё аккуратно и главное молча. Сейчас бы кусочек с чаем горячим👍😊

Ciao! I am from Battipaglia, capital city in Italy for Mozzarella. It's really interesting this recipe , as I have found a strong bond 😍 with some old regional recipes from inland territory of my province and neighbors places 😉. The variation here it is made with vegetables between the layers of bread and the use to brush the inside part of bread with wine ( red generally, white it's also ok ). Thanks to share this video.😉
