Conversely they teach it doesn’t give a license to sin!

Besides you don’t need a license to sin! Even critics of OSAS admit they still sin so are you suggesting ones flesh can remain sinless? True your flesh is not born again, your spirit is! John 3:5-6 “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.” Jesus separates the two! Paul said in 1Cor 15:52 “and the dead will be raised incorruptible and we shall be changed” Therefore transformed born again sinless spirit will see the kingdom of God but your sinful corruptible flesh has to be changed to incorruptible to join the spirit!

Once saved always saved and not continuing in habitual sin are in the Bible. I know you might say that God won't leave us but we can leave God. Here are some verses like John 3:16 and John 10:28, John 4:10-14, John 5:24, John 6:37-40, John 11:26 which are the never verses, never perish,never thirst, never hunger, never cast out, and never die respectively. Also John 6:38-40 says the will of the Father is that Jesus shall lose none but raise them up on the last day. There's also Ephesians 1:13-14, 2 Corinthians 1:21-22 and 2 Corinthians 5:5 which speak about being sealed with the Holy Spirit who is a deposit guaranteeing what is to come and if John 14:16 is for us Holy Spirit is with us forever and we need the Spirit of Christ or we are none of His (Romans 8:9)! Finally Romans 8:29-30 says those God foreknew He also predestined to be conformed into the image of His Son and those He predestined will basically be glorified. Now for the not sinning habitually part, 1 John 3:6-10 and 1 John 5:18 says a christian can't continue to sin and that a person who is sinning has never "seen" or "known" God. Inconclusion, We will not be snatched from the Father or the Son (John 10:28-29) God will never leave us nor forsake us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5) and nothing can separate us from His love (Romans 8:35, Romans 38-39).

Please pray for me I am a sinner and I want to be saved. I love you my God and when I die, I want to be with you, but I have no understanding and how all this works. Just pray for me.❤

Bless you - tell Jesus that you are a sinner and you want forgiveness - tell him that you believe that he is the son of God and that he died and was raised from the dead on the third day - if you do this sincerely you will be saved - ask me if you need more help

Your salvation depends on continuous repentance and accepting Jesus as Lord and saviour of your life. Then you must walk daily in obedience to Him which means studying His word and turning away from sin. This is how you get to know Him better and how He expects you to live. You also need to be baptised with water and the Holy Spirit.

I accept the work you did for me on the cross. Redeem me and wash my sin. Write my name in the book of life and delete in the book of death. When someone says they can lose or forfeit salvation, do they not understand that they are their own savior? Think about it, if you can lose it, that means you did something wrong, which is a works based/self righteous salvation. It would mean you're the author of your own salvation. Ohhh I guess I sinned too much and lost my salvation. It all comes down to unbelief...people don't trust that Christ paid it all that it is finished. They are trying to contribute their own righteousness, which is of the law and no man will be justified by the works of the law. If its truly grace we are saved by, then its an instantaneous event because if it was a process or on going, it would depend on our faithfulness, our endurance, our righteousness etc...salvation has to be instant and permanent completely absent of our own doing or its not grace. If you think you can lose it, you're under a works based salvation because the burden is upon yourself to make it to heaven. On the other hand, if its truly by grace through faith alone in Christ's finished work alone, its an instantaneous event. A work of God, not us. Salvation is of the Lord

If you still need to be motivated by the fear of hell to live a holy life you're not saved! Once you're saved you're saved forever. Fear of hell will not be your motivation to live Holy, but the love of God and the new nature you get at salvation. This man never felt guilty because he didn't have the spirit of God in him he was NEVER saved. I honor God not because I fear hell, I love him and sin torments me, because I have a new nature. Nothing, not even the sins I still commit will keep me from spending eternity with Christ.

There are many true believers at first but they fall away in the end. Read the old testament and new testament read by yourself without interference from any pastors, church leaders, priest. That is why our Lord JESUS CHRIST said ''Those who endures to the end will be saved''

This man felt betrayed as a christian because he ended up in Hell after death. This is the fate of so many people who have been informed that you will receive God's salvation as long as he believes and served God in Church. The pastor told him once you have been saved and received Jesus as your lord and savior you will always be saved. This has led so many Christians to be considered what Gods refers to as lukewarm Christians. Let it be clear that once you have been saved in Christ, you can not sit and dine with the devil at the same time. When you repent for your sins, it means that you know not to continue sinning after asking to be delivered from them. Even though we are weak and we may stumble, it is expected to ask for forgiveness for our weakness. He is a merciful God and He is our strength in our weakness. To knowingly and willingly sin over and over is mocking Him. Do not be fooled by the wolves in sheep's clothing that Jesus warns us about. With so many of satan's advocates all around us, we need to trust not in man, but to lean on the word of God as it is written in Jeremiah 17:5 King James Version; 5 Thus saith the Lord; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the Lord. there was a time that it was gods word being taught in the church, but in todays world many churches and other agencies, like governments and world leaders, places of authority have been infiltrated by evil doers who serve Satan and are looking to deceive a believer so they fall from the grace of God.

Look closely at what this says. ...God peradventure will GIVE them repentance... ...recover themselves out of the snare of the devil... also that they are taken captive by the devil at HIS will. Doctrines like this cause a blinding in those accepting them. Nasty stuff. 2 Timothy 2:24-26 And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

I’m going to believe what Jesus done on the cross for me and what it is intended to do through me to cleanse me of all sin. I’m going to work out my salvation with fear and trembling. I’m going to pick up my cross and follow Him. Nothing in this world is worth loosing your soul. I trust in God’s redemption plan through the blood of Jesus. You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. Sanctification process is proof the blood of Jesus through the Holy Spirit is bringing you from glory to glory. I surrender all to Jesus.

Psalm 50:5 “Gather to me this consecrated people, who made a covenant with me by sacrifice.”

Yes it is, but you don't understand what that verse means. If it means to do some work to be saved, so just tell me how much of it should we be doing ? 1, 2, 10, 20...100%? What you must understand : we do 'works' because we are children of the Father, and not with the purpose to become Children.

I moved in with my current boyfriend a year before I got saved and filled with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit convicted me for years about being with my boyfriend intimately without being married. I struggled with this and at one point convinced myself that it was the enemy. I prayed to God to give me clarity and he did about a month ago. I decided to stop sleeping with my boyfriend, although we live together. This decision was not hard for me, once God gave me clarity. I told him, we will not sleep together until after marriage. I had in my mind, he can accept this or not, and if he did not, I will move out. I prayed to God for him to be accepting of this and he did accept it. At night the enemy try to make me feel guilty because I literally sleep in another room, but I remind myself and the Holy Spirit reminds me, " You say you love me, If you love me, you will obey my commands" and I do love God, more than myself, more than anything. So I decided to NOT have relations with anybody before marriage. Not when I get engaged but AFTER MARRIAGE.

Many believe in this and it’s really sad. I had to unfollow Lisa Boyce. She is a watchmen. She preaches this.

God reveals it is possible to not sin as shown to the harlot who was to be stoned when He said "Where are those who condemn you?...Now go and sin no more!" To sin is to be separated from Yeshua. Wake up church and be Holy or set apart as He is holy without which no man will see God!

@JoBo301 The idea is not if I am Holy enough, which is clearly a strawman argument. The Lord says, "Why do you say you love me and not do what I say?" Luke 6:46. My comments are too the idea of following the command to holiness, not to pass judgments on who is and isn't (myself included). Your question was meant as a trap, and my response is that God Almighty is the Judge. This does not relinquish the responsibility of the believer to walk uprightly. We have too many believers of the Word and not doers of the Word in this generation. My measure of holiness is not relevant, but God's is.

We didn't dance, gamble, drink, smoke, watch movies or tv, an didnt listen to secular music! If we "fell" (a righteous man falls 7 times, but gets back up), we were always afraid we wld miss the rapture! Yes, the southern Baptist has/had been teaching the rapture 4ever! So according to Revelation, u cld miss the rapture if u were evn SLIGHTLY, IF THAT'S A THING, BACKSLIDDEN OR LUKEWARM!! We were under a lot of "self condemnation" back then, and always scared we'd "missed a step", even if we caused our brother to stumble by looking on us to lust! Our youth pastor taught us/girls that if our oxford was unbuttoned below the 2nd button, a guy cld "imagin" what our whole body looked like naked! Yes, we were strict!!! Hense, osas consoled a brother or sister who had falled for a 2nd wi a bad thought, or worse, and in fear we'd be left behind EVEN IF WE REPENTED AND THE RAPTURE HAPPENED YRS LATER!!! The teachings on GRACE HAVE COME A LONG WAY SINCE THEN!!!

Post-trib. encourages believers do eye-service and only ramp up their readiness when they witness the great tribulation or persecution of the Antichrist. Jesus said "Watch and pray lest your heart be overcharged with surfeiting and drinking. For as a snare it shall come upon those who dwell on the earth". "Two shall be in the field....grinding in a mill" In a post-trib. setting, you cannot be in the field or grinding. or together with an unbeliever. Christinas wil be hunted everywhere.

Hebrews 10:26-39

I have heard a statement that says, "Once you received Christ, your past, present and FUTURE sins are forgiven". Does this statement make ppl misunderstand that our future sins are alreadyforgiven? Is there any verse in the scripture that supports this? To me that statement sounds like OSAS. And that you won't lose your salvation.

Watch out for the gaslighters who say that you're motivated by fear to follow God because you 👉🏿don't👈🏿 believe in that once saved always saved doctrine and they have other ways of gaslighting you into thinking that the reason why you follow God is because you're motivated by being afraid of Him.

Brother I disagree, where sin increased God’s grace abounds all the more. You shouldn’t sin because we are freed from sin but only Jesus could live the perfect life. The person went to hell because he failed to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. He told the angel how he served the Lord in church? Jesus saved us from hell not our service to Him. OSAS is real and fellowship is real as well. Walk upright and honor God in all you do but most importantly remember Jesus is the Savior by paying our penalty when He was crucified. The man quoted Mathew and said to do the will of the Father. The answer is John 6:28 and 6:39-40

I believe once saved always saved if your really saved, once you realize what Jesus did for you’ you fall in love with him because he took the hell monkey off of you, never forget this, your not and can not maintain your salvation with works. That means your filthy works. Jesus prepared the works for us to do before the foundation of the world to do , and we can do them when we stay walking in the spirit. He is the one who produces fruit in us as we stay attached to the vine , and that’s Jesus. We are to work out our salvation with fear and trembling, walk the walk , run the race , stay at the ready to fly away. Stay in prayer, stay in the word and you will not fulfill the desires of the flesh, if you walk in the flesh you will die, we are to mortify the deeds of the body, we are to be crucified with Christ.

You can't lose your salvation if you've genuinely asked christ into your life and acknowledged his sacrifice on the cross for ALL sin. It does say that nothing on earth no demon or angel etc etc can snatch you from your heavenly father you are sealed. I'm fed up of seeing people preaching fear tactics. In that case what about people who have been married several times and then come to hear the gospel and come to Christ. That would mean that they couldn't be saved. I would personally go to God with this not some mere man. I'm sure God would rather you marry than to fall into sin. Sin was paid for on the cross...Yr salvation ISNT worked out on good deeds!! We all sin. If it was about being perfect in front of the father there would be no need for the crucifixion. Doctoring like this is what puts people off coming to Christ

What was the reason for a divorce? Jesus said in Matt 19:9 "I tell you whosoever divorces his wife except for immorality causes her to commit adultery" so there is an immorality clause! But God makes it hard because He wants you to do all you can to preserve the marriage!

It didn't give a condition for forgiveness to occur and didn't also exclude cheating in marriage. You are asked to forgive which will foster healing if you can. Sometimes the troubles way too much especially where children are involved. They outweigh the initials pains from infidelity. If you are willing to save your marriage because of the fear of the Lord, he will help you if you ask for help from him. But some of us are allergic to any stress in marriage while a expecting a hitch free relationship with a perfect human when you are not anything near perfect. Marriage is a Christian thing should be approached from that point. Either you stay unmarried or stay married for your own good. There is nothing that the Lord cannot do. I sorry if I sound harsh but I think we can heal from within if we try to love and live if we can forgive than walk away. It may never be the same unless you have other things in mind and a bit discontent with your spouse. Love covereth multitude of sins.

If not OSAS how do you explain Paul saying this in 1 Corinthians 5:1&5 It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, of such a kind as is not so much as even named among the Gentiles: 5 deliver such a one unto Satan for the (destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved) in the Day of the Lord Jesus.

I think Paul is saying that as long as you allow this person to fellowship with you and live in this sin, they will think they are saved and when they die, they will realize they were wrong. So cast them out now so they, like the prodigal son, may come to their senses and repent before it's too late.

You can not call him innocent if he was sentenced to hell. That was supposed to be his final destiny, his judgement was hell because he lived in sin. 😅. That was beyond human contradiction. That was good he was brought back to life, his chance of repentance is given back.

That's why he is not a true believer, he never put full trust in Christ's work alone for his salvation and was never saved. And ironically in Matthew 7:21-23 which this guy in the video quotes, is also something that people often use to prove that we must do good works and not just profess it to be saved, but the people in these verses we're condemned because they trusted in their works and did not do the will of the father, which is to believe in the son and put full trust in his works alone for salvation John 6:40. Out of context verses can be dangerous and people use them to prove we can lose salvation, but in context they only prove OSAS

I'm not an advocate of "once saved always saved," however I am also not sure how Galatians 5:4 disproves the "Once saved always saved" doctrine. In Galatians, Paul was explaining that the laws of the Jews would not save them and only Christ could save them." For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything,but faith working through love." (Galatians 5:6)

Be sure, to confess sins daily, for process of sanctification.

There’s a common aspect to all these videos of Christians going to hell. Living in Unrepentant sin and being Unremorseful. Faith alone in Christ alone saves. But that does not mean we can freely sin and live how however we want to.

A lot of false teaching is going on in this denominations, not only OSAS but Prosperity Gospel, Hyper-grace ect. They confuse Justification with sanctification to become like Jesus. Sanctification lead us to eternal life. He who sow in the spirit will reap eternal life, those who sow in the flesh will reap destruction. Repentance leads to a righteous life.

There is no such thing as suffering in hell for eternity. Suffering exists, the underworld exists but suffering for eternity in the underworld, thàt does not exist. Such experiences are temporary. But everybody who wishes to believe the opposite is free to do so. You can believe whatever you like.

Please remember you must not ever make love to a girl girlfriend or not unless you both get blessed in marriage first the bed must be undignified at all times while single. Once saved always saved and not continuing in habitual sin are in the Bible. I know you might say that God won't leave us but we can leave God. Here are some verses like John 3:16 and John 10:28, John 4:10-14, John 5:24, John 6:37-40, John 11:26 which are the never verses, never perish,never thirst, never hunger, never cast out, and never die respectively. Also John 6:38-40 says the will of the Father is that Jesus shall lose none but raise them up on the last day. There's also Ephesians 1:13-14, 2 Corinthians 1:21-22 and 2 Corinthians 5:5 which speak about being sealed with the Holy Spirit who is a deposit guaranteeing what is to come and if John 14:16 is for us Holy Spirit is with us forever and we need the Spirit of Christ or we are none of His (Romans 8:9)! Finally Romans 8:29-30 says those God foreknew He also predestined to be conformed into the image of His Son and those He predestined will basically be glorified. Now for the not sinning habitually part, 1 John 3:6-10 and 1 John 5:18 says a christian can't continue to sin and that a person who is sinning has never "seen" or "known" God. Inconclusion, We will not be snatched from the Father or the Son (John 10:28-29) God will never leave us nor forsake us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5) and nothing can separate us from His love (Romans 8:35, Romans 38-39).

You should follow salvation by faith (grace) and by works. OSAS doesn't work if you do not follow God's commandments and if you do not follow Jesus's teachings. You still have to avoid sins at any cause and confess sins and look for repentance and forgiveness. Basically we should follow Jesus's holiness as much as possible in our lives.

We are called to Holiness. It is literally mentioned everywhere in the New Testament. That is why we are given the Holy Spirit. Notice the the spirit we are given is 'Holy'. Through partnering with God and taking our salvation seriously we will be regenerated, our minds will be renewed and we will be perfected over time. More and more being conformed to the image of Christ. This is the process of Sanctification. If we neglect this we will find ourselves back in the Flesh allowing our carnality to take precedence over our spirit. This is why Jesus says to deny yourself daily. There is a fight between your flesh and your spirit. The more you walk according to the spirit the less your flesh will be able to influence your actions. But make no mistake if we don't overcome we will Die. Jesus made a way, we have to walk it out. For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live. Romans 8:13

I tell people all the time to go and read Revelations 3rd chapter and if you have any interpretation of the bible, Jesus clearly tells the seven churches in Asia that if they don't stop sinning that he himself would strike them down. So why do you think that Jesus is playing with any of us. He's not!!!!!

If you want to live in sun you should seriously assess if you received salvation. Believe in Greek means to put your whole self into it. If you were saved you can backslide but Jesus will leave the 99 and save the 1. If he begins a work in you he will finish it. Now he might use trouble to line you out so I wouldn’t recommend willingly sinning. But if you love him you won’t anyway and when you do you will be convicted.

What I do not understand about hell is this: God is good. He wants to maximize goodness. Because he is all knowing, not limited and does not make mistakes. So he wants what is best. Bad is not good. Justice means doubling all the bad. If God tortures a sinner for eternity in hell wouldn't he maximiz bad for eternity for him. Isn't that a contradiction to God being good and wanting to maximize Goodness?

My take is that whilst there is a hell, it is for refining and purifying people, not to sadistically torture them. The below are the names of 3 people that had NDEs which confirms this. It seems that even if someone does go to hell, all they have to do is call upon the name of the Lord to escape it. I would draw your attention to what the bible says 4 times ''All who call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved''. What I notice with once saved always saved, as with other heretical doctrines, is they're stumbling blocks in the word and once people accept them they become blinded. It can be spelled out plainly and simply from that point on and no matter how clear it is, they won't see. They also from that point stop receiving new revelation in the word on related subjects. It's nasty. The faith is a relationship with God through the Lord Jesus Christ and indwelling of the Holy Spirit. Once you've experienced this relationship closely for yourself, it is easy to see how you can cast off your first love, let the fire go out and resume living like the world eventually to VERY bad outcomes

OSAS isn't the problem but the individual is. How can you say OSAS led you to hell. You went to hell because of your sins. You were never born again. A born again and yet you wouldn't have fellowship with God, you were living life like someone that doesn't know Christ. And now you blame it on OSAS. I believe in OSAS but I also preach living right and living the consecrated life.

The story of the 5 wise & 5 foolish virgins was a parable and mainly to warn us all that we need to be ready/prepared to meet our Maker at any time. Nobody has been promised an extra day .

Context matters1 you get your name blotted out if you die with out being saved. 2 your confused the destruction of the flesh warnings with salvation . For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God- 9 not by works, so that no one can boast. Ephesians 2:8-9 💪 WORKS dont save you but salvation will put you to Work.

@@jaimeschilling5874 Faith without WORKS will not save you - James 2:17-20 Clearly if you stand before the Lord on your judgement with an empty bag - The Lord will tell you how you ignored him when you passed a hungary person, how you failed to practice charity amongst the poor. Think of the parable of Lazarus & the rich man. Faith without Works is not acceptable to God as you are to love your neighbour as yourself .

@MichaelThompson-jq3zf clearly, you didn't read what I said. That Salvation puts you to work part. Works are the result. Showing you dont have faith in Jesus' finished work on the cross. You don't uphold your salvation . IF you do works to uphold your own salvation it is in the flesh and not of the spirit.Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.Romans 8:1 Abraham “believed the Lord, and he counted it to him as righteousness.” -
