Problem while in PMHNP school and I got triggered. This will most lately be the last video about PMHNP school.

I am not a hearing or ear specialist (Audiologist or ENT), however, I do consider myself an expert on my own hearing loss. I work as a Family Nurse Practitioner and hold a Peer Mentoring Certification from Gallaudet University.

EMDR, thank you for mentioning this, this approach has helped many with ptsd, tbi's.
ditto for similar, going to school brought the perfect opportunity for triggers to re-surface and not just one at a time.. thankyou for working to share this in such a meaningful way. i heard the depth.
