I was raised Lutheran, but in high school, I strayed FAR from Jesus. I began doing witchcraft and really dug deep into paganism. Last year, the Lord brought me to my knees, and it was like a veil had been lifted from my eyes. I'm now a proud follower of Jesus. HE saved me. HE continues to save me. I feel like I'm still new to it all. I'm actually reading the Bible for the first time in my life, and it's absolutely amazing. ❤ I have been struggling with a lot of doubt and "why would Jesus forgive me for all the awful things I've done" and my dad showed me this channel, and it's helping me so much. It convicted me when he said they responded in love 💕 I don't know if I could do that. 😞 It's horrifying and well I realize I have some of my own healing to do.

As a mom it is refreshing to hear a kid talk so much about all the times his parents talked to him about God, even if it didn´t work at the time. I have a 2 year old my mission is to be like this kid parents!

This was something this momma needed to hear. I have a 24 year old boy who is currently luke warm. I got married in 1995. Had our son in 1999. Got radically saved in 2003. My husband is not on page. And the warfare in the home is real. Not horrible. Not contentious. But real. My som was raised in church. But very nominal Christian. Doesn’t attend church and sees 2 different lifestyles in the home. The enemy has beaten me up over how he “wasn’t raised” in Equally yoked home and THAT IS WHY he is the way he is. This testimonial blows that right out into the open. Each person has a choice to make. The enemy can come into the most sweetest of environments AND TURN THE TABLES on young people. It makes me feel like Ive not done everything right or wrong. And I can’t blame myself for his current walk. Praying for my son and husband’s radical sozo transformation IN CHRIST. My testimonial is radical. Theirs may not be. And I have to be ok with whatever the Holy Spirit has for them WHEN. They are ready to truly receive Christ! Amen. Thanks for posting

My son is a few years older than yours and yes the battle is real! I repented for the things I failed to do. I know God is not done with my son. I released him into God’s hands. Can’t wait for the day he fully dedicates his life to Christ. I’ll be praying for your son and all other moms who are praying for their children. There is nothing too hard for God!

Yes,me as well I sat and cried to GOD' because I let him down in that aspect,it's like you try but not knowing everything or having the tools to rebuild that part of life to help them follow Christ 😮 to me I thought it would just happen or that it was happening because they are kids in good environments as for as school and staying to themselves,but the enemy gets in..... I v have been praying for my son he was born in 1999 and his dad is not a big believer he stays with him now, I just keep on showing him, planting the seed,and pray God helps them,we can make a difference I just believe...... We have to keep on sharing our thoughts and The Bible stories with them.... Just keep shining the light and pray they see it... I'm really trying my best to show all my kids while being in a kind of negative environment but they see and they will come too it keep praying God bless

Hey mother! As a young woman who has prayed for my family to come to receive Jesus, continue to put them before Jesus. I pray the Holy Spirit will present scripture to you to give you to back up your prayers in drawing your family. Don’t stress them by trying to draw them yourself. Be light, carefree and allow them to see Jesus through your joy and peace - Walk out 1 Peter 3:1 - “In the same way, you wives must accept the authority of your husbands. Then, even if some refuse to obey the Good News, your godly lives will speak to them without any words. Can u imagine?? and Jesus encountered him! and He repented and was baptized and was made a new creation and now has written books in the Bible! U didn't know God then but u do now! so don't be hard on yourself for what u didn't know then. rather it's so awesome that u know now!! Commit your kids into God's hands, He's got them! Continue holding on to faith, family. The Holy Spirit will help you and help you testify as others have mentioned. God desires the salvation of our unsaved family members even more than we do! He knows the full plan for their salvation, we just need to be faithful in our part (loving them with the love of Christ + however the Holy Spirit leads us to share).

Talking about ratchet teenagers from Silver Spring, Maryland... One of them tried to carjack me a couple days ago. He had a knife and was trying real hard for a few long minutes to break my car's window while I was inside. I thank Jesus that the glass didn't shatter. Looking back on it, it must have been a miracle. That young man was threatening me and several other people with a knife. The police arrested him for assault... I am sad that young man is living this way. I pray that Jesus can enter into his life and set him on the righteous path. Young people in this country are lost and need to be found. Hoping for more stories like this testimony here.

I went through this same thing as an only child with friends. A disagreement would always end up being my fault somehow! God is still dealing with the trauma of my childhood with extreme insecurities and some of the other struggles mentioned here, and I'm well into my 40's. Life hasn't been easy for me in any way. God willing grace will follow me through. Thankful for this young mans testimony. It really helps when you have positive supportive parents that love the LORD. Blessing to him!

So thankful for your testimony. I have 6 children. All but one are into Anime. Two are deeply in. I have said over and over the same thing about this being a real life story of a hero. That in Christ we are the weak that come into the knowledge of our identity…that we have real power over come and bring salvation to those that are lost. I tell them the world can not satisfy because they were created for Jesus and for a different supernatural kingdom. I can’t wait to let them listen to your testimony. The world has so much pull and I know for them there is that disconnect…the thought that following Jesus would be boring , but I know they are beginning to feel the emptiness. It really is amazing and really nothing could be more exciting. That the God of the universe , the super all powerful creator and lover of our soul gave his only son to bear the punishment for all our wrongs . To reconcile us to himself to become his adopted sons and daughters. And not only sons and daughters but seats us in heavenly places of authority with Jesus and gives all spiritual blessings. Power and authority to destroy the works of the ultimate villain, the great Red Dragon , Satan himself. He fills us with his powerful Holy Spirit that we can live a supernatural life lead by his Spirit of Christ in us to build His glorious eternal Kingdom. I am having a hard time with my oldest son being so rebellious and my husband not having any type of discipline at all for our boys but God told me on my way to work today to never stop praying and this is confirmation. What a beautiful testimony! It's always so special to hear a testimony from a Christian, I mean, how the Lord saved them and it was LATER in their walk with Jesus that the "big" change or transformation happened. Because sometimes we think God only transforms and change COMPLETELY those who are not Christian when He saves them but no, He also transforms and change the life forever of those who ALREADY love him and follow him, He keeps transforming us every single day of our lives. As His word says He will complete His work on us until the day of Jesus Christ 💛 until the very end.

God is so good. I hope to be a parents like his one day. I just found Jesus culture a week ago and have been worshiping every night. This testimony felt like God was speaking directly to me. I related to so many parts. Psalm 34:4🙏🏽

This really blessed me. I am 66 and could never talk about some of your struggles. Hard for me to discuss anything sexual. Maybe because of childhood sexual abuse, and incest. I am a Christian and had no support from church members. Just heard some say " me too". Not sure if they got counseling. I have had some support outside my church. Also watching many people share their testimony is a blessing. Especially to see young people do it. Thank you Josh for being so transparent. A blessing you have two parents who are believers. "Father is the one who made you, so he's the only one that gets to name you."

I have 2 teenagers (boy &girl) and I backslid for years. I always came and went from church throughout the years so my kids really didn’t get to know the lord but now that I am in my beginning stages of divorce I have been trying to get closer to God but my kids seem like they are only half interested in having a relationship with God and I have been praying for months and I feel like lately the enemy has really been trying to get ahold of them. A few minutes before watching this you g man’s testimony I was thinking about my kids and saying to myself I think my kids are lost to the enemy. But towards the end when he said to the parents to keep praying, God sees their struggles and hears our prayers and basically said not to give up , I just started to cry in my office because God knows I was feeling hopeless and I just wanted to give up. But at that moment I really felt as if God was talking to me through this young man, telling me to not give up and that he hears my prayers. So I want to thank you for allowing God to use you and speaking about your testimony. I don’t know about anyone else, but this testimony has really touched me.

The name Joshua biblically means "God is deliverance"

I appreciate all of these testimonies. I appreciate them choosing to be open and honest. These type of testimonies is what produce healing and freedom for the person who released it and to others who choose to receive it. Please everyone when you listen to these testimonies don't come at these people any type of way. You are allowing the enemy to use you and to try to cause confusion, division, and try to get these people to fall back into shame. Please don't say and do certain things. If you feel the Holy Spirit reveal certain things to you please choose to fast and pray for them. We are to pray without ceasing and pray ye one for another.

This story so resonated with me as a mother of five we speak about Jesus in the household. I want to make sure my children get to know him on their own terms. Growing up I wasn’t given an option and many years I pushed away, but finally found my way back.

Any kid high-school student young person that's seeking after the Lord I commend you for doing so because it ain't easy and how much I would have rather been obedient and have that relationship with Lord then rather than searching the world in drugs alcohol and sex , how much pain I would have saved myself and others.. and still be saving my selfbecause of consequences I have to face and deal with from my past God is good and graceful but holiness and purity is worth it don't let the devil lie to you. I am child of God and a sons of God old person i been a parrent, my kids are grown that I put in Gods hands, I said I cut them off well because we could not see eye to eye but I am praying to God about them but now I am just hungry for God the more in my life, to be ye transformed by the renewing of my mind and to be able to be more acceptable service unto God and praying has been a struggle for me to be more consistent in my prayer time, and I have not been consecrated and I am trying but I just have not did that yet. Right now I stay around crazy people and homeless people and I believing God to move out to wherever God leads me to go and I am hoping it happens shortly. God is just so good. It's a blessing to hear about his intimacy with you, Josh! The way he works so precisely and intimately, shepherding and guiding people through very nuanced, complex and delicate issues. Everybody has a unique flavour of problems, temptations and struggles. The temptations and the struggles may be the same in essence; resentment is resentment after all, but my issues with resenment have a different flavour than yours, Josh, because we have both had different experiences of reality. But God deals with it all! He finds just the right words and guidance for each one of us. All at the same time! As he deals intimately with you, he at the same time deals intimately with me. He's truly omniscient. And omnitpotent. He's omnipotent in his omniscience, and he's omniscient in his omnipotence. And he is good! Man, what a beautiful God. Ineffable God. There are no words to describe the beauty with which he works!

Prime example of raising your child in the way he should go and he won’t depart from it! Amen!

I do believe that people don’t have a sense of belonging for Black male (and maybe even minorities in general) suburbanites in predominately white neighborhoods. In the white group, they aren’t White enough but also aren’t presumptively and stereotypically Black enough and in predominantly Black circles, they aren’t Black enough and are seen as stereotypically White when they’re just a product of their suburban culture. As especially as a social outcast, you just fall into a further niche and the church… the church can be hit or miss sometimes in how they help you because they might lean into those presumptions of who you should be. You’re left trying to find your identity while staying yourself. You do want to be accepted but don’t want to compromise who you genuinely are. But sometimes you do and never feel fully comfortable in spaces you’ve conformed but ultimately, the Black male suburbanite story never _really_ gets told and their attempts to find their peace gets shamed because it’s not where others presumably place them in their boxes. I am 11:20 but I recognize the feeling of feeling like an outcast and not feeling a sense of belonging. It’s not that anyone tried but that you just couldn’t fit and had no answers. You medicate for your suffering.

Include me and my family in your prayers too, if its ok. 🙏 Were in need of miracles. Me and my family might go homeless in a few. Honestly,, it doesnt matter if its just me,, i can go homeless by myself. But i cant take having my family go homeless with me too. Most specially my parents. 💔 I love my family so much, im willing to take all the sacrifice just to make sure they wont have to suffer any more. Theyve had enough! 😣😣😣 Tho im truly grateful to GOD for sending us help once,, that took care of the other burdens. It still doesnt change the fact that the bigger burdens are still here and still heavier than ever. My streetfood job is barely enough. I dont have anything to sell anymore. We need GOD's miracles. 🙏
