Congratulations Liv for completing your 3 days fast. It definitely is a mentality thing for not having food for that amount of days. I have done 2 times where I fasted for 5 days and yeah it definitely wasn't easy especially with the temptations you see with all these food commercials and seeing your friends eat in front of you. However I can truly say it was the best decision I ever done because it definitely helped me be healthier, fit, and really appreciate how much food plays an impact on your lifestyle. Thanks Liv for sharing your experience and can't wait to see more videos. God bless.

Good job you did amazing like I am a Muslim and Ramadan just ended actually today is Eid and during Ramadan we have to fast for 30 days from sunrise to sunset and we have to fast with no food nor water but you did it for 3 days straight so you can drink water so yea good job

Fasting is quite different in Christian, we can drink water but no food even after sunset, i have fasted for 5 days straight and that's my longest record

Yep that's cool in islam if you fast from dusk to sunset your fast counts if you fast for days and night it's not counted in Ramadan ; yeah it's cool to watch these videos

I have stubbled upon this video, on day two of my three day fast to cleanse my body. It has been 46 hours since my last meal. I love the songs and completely relate as I ended up drawing a burger and shake during our family drawing session mmmm sooo hungry!!

I have a hindi friend & when she is fasting she usually eats a fruit during the day and stays away from anything like heavy meat or things but does eat like a pear,apple or something like that during the day...she might eat a snack
