I listened to the late Ashanty Sholay's interview about K1 and I laughed because most of his tales were beefs from normal professional contests in the fuji subsector of the Yoruba music in the 80s and 90s. Lucky, K1 was favoured by God (my believe) even if he got himself involved in occultic things...many people did and are still doing but then destiny is more than any spiritual race anyone wants to engage in. If K1 has been dull, he would have be forgotten by now. Yes. I can tell you that. If Obesere could claim that it was a mad man on Mushin street that told him never to respect K1, then why cant this man be left alone. Wasiu has a pattern of life in his marriage life that God has seen him through...he has not gathered palatable experience in that areas but then, his home is still intact than many people that come on social media to spew rubbish because one bellicose drummer who was having girl friends in Europe when his mates were planning their life; now blaming K1 for his unsuccessful musical career journey. He said he never gained anything form K1, let him swear that he has never used the wages from K1 band to take care of his children and family before. Go to other professions, you see many unsuccessful people while others are thankful to God. Ayankunle started from he treats us badly, to he packs all the money sprayed on the stage, he called us to swear to diabolical power, he seized our passports, he collects our clothes, he slept with my girl frined in Paris, the latest is that he Ayankunke sang " Aanu mo ri gba" track for K1. I think many people supporting Ayankunle are doing it from their personal blinded hatred for a man who will not let you cheat him. When Barrister was alive, he and other musicians never participate and were never played partisan politics because then, it was more dangerous. Today, Ayinde went into politics and God blessed that diversification in his life; why should anybody be 'entitlement' claimer like Ayankunle in Ayinde's wealth? Can Ayankunle support his claim of copyright to 'Aanu mo ri gba' track? If yes, then let him sue K1 and make great money instead of all these fine 'bara' decent ' bara' that he is doing on the social media. I heard some drummers are saying the era of 'oga olorin' is over, and K1 should just call Ayankunle and ask him for what he wants and settle him. What an illogical resolution of an intriguing fight started by a bitter minded man? If k1 should sue this man (Ayankunle) people will say he is been cheated again but he kept making claims that the law may require him to produce concrete evidence, otherwise, he will be penalised. I hope his supporters will help him organize court fees may that is when he will know how popular he is. It will be difficult for any musician to want to hire Mr. Ayankunle for a very long time; that is not good for him either. Ayinde will continue his journey with his band; any body can stay or japa- K1's is solid. Ayankunle's is mischievous (my perception) of him since all this saga started. He could also be diabolical, reference how he got into K1 band; a man had to be dismissed for him. Eleda oni toun yen nko? I can argue that Ayankunle must have tried some diabolical things with Ayinde, sugbon olorun ko gba fun. Many things could be following this man, but then, the temple of K1 is where he feels he could salvage that whatever. Omase ooo fun omo toun je eeru.

He always overcome every obstacles from senior artists to former bands, junior artists , friends ! Even Saheed said Wasiu is just God child that no one can touch or brings down and no one can compare himself to him ! If he cough alone people ready to listen to him

Ayinde barrister was the godfather of wasiu, he trained him and while wasiu Ayinde pretended to be loyal servant to him throughout his stays as his apprentice under barrister. Barrister uses his connection to set up wasiu, he was the one who introduced wasiu to Tinubu to help him take care of his boy to help him grow. Immediately wasiu Ayinde started making money and becoming relevant in fuuji industry then he started rebelling against his boss. But the real war started when barrister declared saheed osupa as king of fuuji music, then wasiu created Arabambi un collaboration with pasuma and other rising stars in fuuji industry to be insulting barrister and osupa. Wasiu will never be forgiven because he bit the finger that fed him. For so many years, he use the name of barrister to gain sympathy. He used to put Wasiu Ayinde Barrister on his albums and many people thought he was one of the sons of barrister. I burnt all his cassette and cds since the day he spoke badly about barrister. I don’t listen to his songs since then.

Wasiu is a typical Ajenifeni eda. He stylishly wrestled the Fuji Music from Late Barrister. He did it by turning Barrister against all other Fuji artistes better than him. He made Barrister hate them. Iyanda Sawaba Love Azeez Agege Akangbe Waidi Akanni Rahmon Abiodun (Toyobo) Raimi Bokos (Bokote) Fatai Adio Maitama Sule and so on That is the reason he made sure Pasuma, Osupa, Atawewe, Malaika, and Co are kept at arms length. For fear of doing the same thing he did to Barrister to him. He would never allow these young artistes come near any top government functionaries he knows....Haba His selfishness is affecting Fuji Music development presently. Now Afrobeats have taken over from Fuji. Wasiu is very devilish and very horrible and self-centered. Afemi afemi is too much. Everything Kunle Ayanlowo said about his is 100% true. I am close to another ex Wasiu's band boy who told me a similar thing. He's so selfish to the extent that on his birthday one day and Pasuma was on the stage singing for him. He Wasiu, took the microphone from Pasuma, and sang for four hours. All to ensure all the money was sprayed on him. Wasiu represents everything bad in Fuji music.

@Prince-bz3nz I'm very close to the history of Fuji. I'm not ignorant of all Wasiu was doing since the time he was praying for the demise of Barrister. So he could take over the reign of fuji music. Hence, the reason he tried changing the history of Fuji. more than happy to meet you one on one and lecture you everything about Wasiu and his atrocities. It's not a case of fables. I'm sure you only started listening to Wasiu after his release of Consolidation.
