I Did This Self-Care Practice EVERY DAY for 5 YEARS (Jin Shin Jyutsu - Main Central Flow)

Mary Burmeister said that if you do this self-care practice every day for seven years, you won't have any more problems in your life.
This was my incentive to start the longest self-care project of my life: I've practiced this energetic self-care practice called the Main Central flow in the energy modality of Jin Shin Jyutsu every single day for the past five years. It's been a roller coaster of experiences with that one constant in my day: 20 minutes to over an hour spent with my self-care routine, holding specific energy points on my body to rebalance, to unwind, to heal, to rest and recover. As all energy work modalities, this practice works holistically, positively impacting our physical and mental health and harmonising our entire system - body, mind, and spirit alike.
In this video I share my personal experience of practicing the Main Central energy flow daily for five years - and why I'm not going to stop doing this.
I've done many other self-care routines such as Yoga, dance, and meditation over the years - but as a Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner and self-help teacher, this is the one self-care habit that I've been the most meticulous and consistent about. On my healing journey, it is an experiment in willpower, dedication, self-discovery, and personal transformation.

I am so glad this popped up on my feed today. I’m sitting here just learning about JSJ 2 months ago and wanting to get relief from many “projects!”😮😂 You are adorable and I love your message. I’m going to commit to Do this!!❤️

I think it’s not about being eventually free of all problems. It’s about having no problem with having problems. Mary said we are turning problems into projects.

Thanks for sharing your perspective! I totally agree with you. Had it not been for the „if you do this, then ...“ phrasing, I probably wouldn't have been motivated enough to pull the daily MC off. Truly understanding the meaning and value of a project-mindset has been a byproduct of this regular self-help practice for me. When we have no problem with having a problem, we release the attachment and judgement from which the problem derives its substance - until we can see through and beyond that there never was a problem to begin with.

With all due respect, it's great that you're testifying to the impact of the practice, Anne-Katrin, but why not share the procedure in your video so people can actually try it? I don't believe an in person "initiation" to the practice is required (though of course this can be valuable) as others have shared it, e.g.: kzread.info/dash/bejne/fn9kq9qnaMiwmpc.html
