My own hair growth progress and success, I followed this daily regimen: Take morning sunlight daily for essential vitamin D. Eat veggies of different colours. Applying paraben-free and fragrance free shampoo and gently massaging two times per week with hair oil from litttleextra cooconion. Imp. to remember that hair growth is affected by overall health as well as circulation and diet.

Gurl, let me tell you don't really need it! JUST EAT HEALTHY! In yours food contains more sulfate then in the most American/Europe countries which is very important for hair growth! So you already own the whole vitamins that we outsider have to buy extra 😢

Hi lady i have been wearing braids for a long time and now its starting to affect my edges and my hair growth. Im taking medications like metphormin, simvastrin, ozempic and after i started taking these medications noticed my hair started thinning. My doctor has recently changed my medications. Hi Mercy! I made the aloe vera oil and have been using it on my scalp and ends. I got my rice water fermenting to use tomorrow or Friday when I shampoo my hair. I take a multivitamin and I take 10,000mcg of Biotin every day. My fingernails are growing so fast. Hopefully, when I take my twists down tomorrow, I will see a little growth. Will let you know. Your hair is really growing and looking healthy. TFS, be safe and be blessed. 💙💙💙💙

I have a question after watching this video: How can I get my curls back after flat iron my hair sinds december 2022? This is the first time that I ironed my hair and after 7 months I did not get my curls back.
