    I want to emphasize that this is a good beginner workout for someone who hasn't worked out in a long time. I know I could've worked harder to get better results but I just wasn't motivated. I'm hoping to get to back on track with the new challenge I'm doing.

    Thanks ☺️. I’m now on day 4 of insanity max and jump rope. Also thinking of doing keto for 2 weeks!

    i think her videos are a great start and motivation into fitness but imo you should find workouts that you like doing so you can stay consistent with it.
