Hi, I don't sell candy but my school has a snack shop which I observed for a while and I came to the conclusion that the most popular small snacks for middle school are Skittles, Starburst-style candy, gum and almost every type of small bar or pop tart. Also everyone from middle school and high school tends to like cheap, small and quick snacks. Hope you are going to have success!

Sell packs of gum. The packs with 15 sticks. Sell them for $2 or 2 packs for $3. You could get them at Costco to get them cheaper. You can start selling famous amos cookies for $1

Hire close friends (like really close) to be bodyguards for cheap. Make sure to stand your ground and say no to people who want them for free (unless they are well trusted and friends and have paid you back before)

Sell what they don’t sell (maybe u can if the price is too high) and have variety. Sell where they can’t (lunch etc) and approach so they can just buy from u instead of walking to the student store

Accept online payments from Cashapp, Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, etc. It really does make a difference and will make you a lot more money in the end. My friend started selling but he did a lot wrong. First of all, he let this one person pay him the next day, which he did. Secondly, he was really easy to steal from, didn’t even try to protect the snacks Thirdly, he would for some reason allow people to trade bananas for snacks Lastly, he didn’t have a lot of good things except for cinnamon rolls and taikis I was planning to sell with him, I sent your videos and told stuff not to do, and he does that stuff like bro wth.

Are you in middle school? If they allow backpacks during your lunch try to sell during lunch as well. Ask your friends if they want some and make sure the candy and money and the snack you are selling is visible to other people (but no administrators) and maybe people might be attracted to buy some snacks. As for crowd control, you need to stay lowkey and tell people to also stay lowkey or else you aren’t going to sell to them. I hope this helps you!

For those spicy chips that are 2 oz, try to sell them for $1.25 if not $1. They come in 30 and you can make $10 since they cost $20. Or the m&m variety with peanut butter, peanut and regular sell them for $2 or $1.50 you can make good profit from that but my best product is cosmic brownies and sell them for $1 and if you buy 2 packs ($5) and sell all of them (6 packs) you can make $12.

This is great for me but not the other kids trying to sell

i love buisness but i just cant get the courage to ask them if they want snacks

Hi PapiChulo my school has a shop and they have crazy cheap price, for example: Skittles(normal or sour) 60 cents a packet, 2 Orbit gum pieces 10 cents, Doritos 80 cents, Oreos 60 cents and a lot more very cheap snacks. Their prices are to low for me to start a candy business and profit but I may have found a product that will make a lot of profit: sour patch kids(we don't have them in my country but I found a store which brings them in my country and sells them for cheap).I would also be happy for advice on how to deal with the school shop!

Started selling this Monday it's been good I buy at Walmart planning on getting sam's club membership. I buy Skittles starburst pack, Snickers twix 3 musketerrs milkyways pack, 60 pack air heads and 8 pack trident gum. Airheads 50 cents each(popular) Gum 1.50 cents each (people don't like trident apparently if I change price could go up to two what should I do) Chocolate 1.50 each(chocolate dose not sell as good as other candy it's still cold at the end of the day should I stop selling) Skittles are 1.50 each(popular) Starburst are 2 each. I've made 95.5 to 99 spent 64.5 on candy and 19.97on a lunch bag that keeps stuff cold total profit about 34. Should I change anything or try selling other candys. Try to sell the skittles for $2 each people will buy especially the purple and sour ones. Costs $0.80 u make $1.20 profit it works okay for me

Ahh bro you’re supposed to keep some money to buy more product. But don’t fear. You can start low with like 10 dollars at a dollar tree or something and double the price of what you bought

im 13 year old and i have a candy business, with 2 of my friends we are managing the business and we have a few employees , 3 of them sell at another school , and the rest on our school , but the diffrence is that we make our own products instead of buying it , we make hard candy and lollipops , and we have competition from a new business that sells gummy candy that they buy , even though we are selling more and are getting more customers and also they only sell at our school , we want higher profit margins , can i get a profit margins guide ?

Start off with Skittles and starbursts variety packs and drinks Drinks 2$ Skittles 2$ Starbursts 1$ the variety packs are 17 bucks but when I use this layout I get 27 bucks per box every day.
