    I appreciate the taste and cooking process, however kelp powder isn't cheap and then to add a whole jar for a "cheap" $18 brisket and yielding a small amount is almost the same as buying a higher end cut. Secondly, in regards to the Gravlax recipe...add beet is part of the recipe for the past year...this is not her original recipe. Many Mukbung KZreadrs have already shared this...

    @@kwnjel I haven't re-watched the clip but from what I recall and why i mentioned that is I remember she said she saw the original recipe online but added the beet to it. Host Boom then reiterated that the beet was her personal spin.
