as a Portuguese, I can only say that most of our women in the north do have a moustache. does not change the DNA, it's not an excuse, but they DO have a moustache. this Miss Portugal "person" does not have a moustache. therefore, "she" is not Portuguese. Or at least, not from the North. And Southern Portuguese women do not have moustaches. Hard to tell where this "lady" came from. Spain, maybe?
