Three big draws: 1. the virtual keyboard takes up also half of your screen or one-third of your screen. This makes typing longer form messages like email more difficult. 2. Shortcuts - With Clicks, you can use the modifier keys like CMD, Option, and Tab. It allows you to do things like CMD+C and CMD+V for copy and paste, or do CMD+Backspace to delete the entire line instead of using iPhone's finicky gestures to select texts. 3. Keyboards feel nicer to type on - I type faster on the physical keyboard compared to the virtual keyboard, and I can even type without looking at the keys, which allows me to just focus on the text.

The phone is just too top heavy.

It's not too bad actually! The back of the keyboard already has a weight to help with balance; I think it might be possible to glue on more weights to counterbalance the Phone. Although that would add to the overall heft of the phone.
