Fujiko not Fugiko. And he did not made an ending of the show because there is not a straight storyline to the show, every episode is individual, independent and has no relation with other episodes, Doraemon ended when Fujiko Fujio died

It is not real episode. It is fan made. The original creator of the Doraemon manga and anime series Fujiko F Fujio never made an episode like that infact there is no last episode of Doraemon because Doraemon episodes are not connected to each other. It does not have a straight storyline, every episode is individual and independent.
