I know how ya feel. When I had long hair I just couldn't stand it anymore. But I'm in the process of growing it out again, but this time I'm getting a perm with the longer hair, it makes it a lot more manageable, especially if your hair is pretty straight. Totally get the feeling of wanting to cut it when its long and wanting to grow it out when its short.
