I personally enjoy a very complicated type that apparently no one seems to get right 😂 crispy white but make sure it’s completely cooked and the yolk has to be like a soft boil egg where there’s a little semi hard shell and runny yolk in the middle. I am very particular about it.

I love mine like that, especially with a very small pinch of garlic powder, mixed herbs, flaky salt, pepper and on top of a barely toasted buttered English muffin! When I say barely toasted I mean no more than 2 and a half minutes in the toaster, you can just barely see the edges turning brown and golden speckles on some parts in the middle and the butter's melted

I like mine soft and runny inside but somehow also crispy and browned on the outside. You have to have high heat, sufficient oil and be very quick to baste in the oil and remove from heat as soon as it browns and smells nutty.

I like to either put dashi or miso into my egg, it just takes the egg to next level

Friend is king, sunny side up it’s good to but that last bite filled with yolk cannot be beat

I like runny and well cooked eggs, it all depends on what I’m eating it with. I would absolutely never have a runny omelette but I love over easy eggs on toast.

My favorite are the "boiled" (it moreso steams them) eggs my egg cooker makes. Easier and maybe faster than actually boiling them, peeling isn't a nightmare, and the yolks consistently come out as fully cooked, yet so soft it could almost be called fluffy

I like the white part fully cooked while the yellow part is fully raw because I love the gooeyness with toasted bread bro trust that shits fucking angelic

I prefer mine not runny, very well cooked but also, on the verge of still runny like a few bits are a bit slimy while the rest is cooked, it’s a nice little mixture for me lol

@@cloudeight3887 if you do, be sure to use smoked salmon trimmings (usually cheaper but check reviews before purchasing because quality differs). Also use European butter to cook the eggs and to butter the toast. A sprinkling of black pepper and 🤌🏽!

I know a way to make a really fluffy lactose free omlette, also I can make a red omlette by 1 engridient. (To make it fluffy separate the whites from the yolks, whip the yolks until you see some bubbles, then add your yolks to the whites then add seasoning, I personally like to use my secret spice mix, then cook on high until both sides have some color.) (For the red omlette just do the same thing as the normal one but add hot sauce) (Also bento_club, you should REALLY try this, it's fluffy and spicy, also you should add some sugar to the eggs for some sweetness)

Tip: if you are lazy and want fluffy sunny side up eggs, separate the yolks and beat in some lemon juice(just use a fork) Add the yolks back in and cook I made this whilst half asleep so I can guarantee that it will taste amazing 46% percent of the time.
