I Could DEFINITELY Take This Vampire In a Fist Fight | Blood 2022 Explained

Фильм және анимация

In the midst of a divorce, who gets the family bible? Well apparently no one because demons are definitely taking the younglings. So I guess both would need it then. Anyhow, after moving into a walking red flag house with a literal creepy tree just down the way whispering to people, the family dog goes missing. Showing back up it launches an attack on own before transferring some sort of mystery disease to him. Despite the mothers attempts to quell his hunger and keep him under control, he grows increasingly violent and uncontrollable. But what exactly is causing this? Well lets discuss that!

    No way Broanoke, It can't be a coincidence that you're doing this movie only a few weeks after the Nerd at nerd explains did the summery. And he just shouted you out in one of his lastest vids too. It's like all my fave overthinking youtubers are working together. As for the content and mixing I've never really understood why people used to complain with the summery of the film first explenation later mix since it just gave us all some context if we hadn't seen the movie. But if it's to doge the eye of copyright then yeah keep on trying new mixes to ward of the evil overlords.

    Theory: a vampire was staked in the woods, and the stake somehow grew into a tree that fed off it's blood, drawing the vampiric virus into its tissues. When the tree shed it's leaves each winter, the virus got into the water and was reactivated, and started contaminating the surrounding wildlife with the virus. The whispering is the vampire, whose is buried under the tree, in stasis, but not really dead. Burning down the tree might have pulled enough of the stake out of it's heart to allow the vampire to revive, and that's what bit the second dog.

  • @hh-bluedynamite

    @hh-bluedynamite

    Sweet theory. The stake somehow becoming a tree is a tad dubious. Maybe it could be that a nearby sprout absorbed the vamp’s blood (or someone planted a tree above the vampire’s corpse, which ever). I like to think that the vampire is dead-dead, but it’s spirit lingered to watch the chaos unfold.

    @@30cal23 it's not that bad really. I quite liked seeing the difference in locales. I'm glad they didn't set it in Dunwall. Between the main campaign and the Knife of Dunwall DLCs I kinda got my fill of fantasy steampunk London. The only thing i thought was a bit out there was the Clockwork Mansion but at least that allows you to get in the walls and see some of the mechanisms of it so your suspension of disbelief isn't hanging on a thread. And I liked playing as Emily for a change of pace. Her powers aren't as good as Corvos but it brings something new to the table. The gameplay is changed up so that you have cool non-lethal attacks as opposed to the first game where everything awesome you can do is lethal. Stun mines can be put on just about anything so if you stick one to a bottle and throw it in the street you not only place a mine on the ground but it attracts a guard who immediately gets zapped. There's not a whole lot that's bad. And if you really want Corvo's powers so bad you can play as him and on a new game plus Emily can use his powers too if you want to see her side of the game but play with Corvo's abilities. And once you finish the game twice, have enough runes and whale bone to get all the best powers at the start of the game the whole thing becomes easy to the point of hilarity, like having all the cheats on. And you can always refuse the Outsider's Mark and play without powers.

You said you woke up after not eating with your heart pounding bc you were deficient of potassium and it totally clicked! I love the balanced mix of science and summary. They make great videos, and recaps of the movies themselves. If you can naturally work the two together in a topical way instead of being definitely segmented, that'd probably help the retention for your videos. HOWEVER, some topics are just so varied..so wild..so complex..or so in depth that you NEED those definite segments, and I am absolutely here for it. I learn a lot from your videos and they have pushed my natural innate curiousity towards microbiology. I also think the dog was listening to the tree whispering. Dogs have really good hearing and could probably hear it from much further away.

The series centers on a powerful vampire who's corpse is buried in a swamp, he is able to influence the world around him nefariously and infect people who die in the right ways in his domain. Great series, and great author in general, highly recommend both, he does his homework so the science in his science fiction is generally really solid.

    I argue that you shouldn't avoid divorce; my father avoided divorce for years, he went to marriage Counciling and tried every trick in the book because he wanted to make things work and avoid leaving the kids with a broken family. It only hurt him more as my mother continued to cheat on him, get drunk, and get high on various drugs, she even sold the family playstation 2 to feed her addiction and asked me to fake pain at the hospital so she could take the plan meds. I know divorce hurts the kids and it did hurt me, but not getting a divorce was hurting everyone far more, sometimes your just delt a shitty hand and can't do anything about it other than getting a new hand.

Me, being a tomboy, at the barn I would've egged the kid on like "go ahead, jump, I'm sure it's * perfectly * safe" knowing full well that a) the younger brother is prone to opting to do the opposite of what I tell him and b) he'd be wary of me being all for him jumping down because he'd assume it was a trap. Which he'd soon find himself to be right after he let's his fascination with the new place and his desire to have fun get the better of him and he jumps. Immediately after he lands I would be chucking and throwing more hay onto top of him. And then I'd shove him right back in after he digs himself out. It's what he gets for not helping unload the truck. 🤣

Whatever helps with viewer retention go for it, just don’t go down the Wheeler Dealers path. That was a great show ‘til the mechanic quit because they focused more and more on the selling rather than the fixing/building to appeal to more people and went from cool to generic. The science makes your breakdown’s special as opposed to the countless other dudes out there, also the science is a big part of why fair use should be making people piss off and let you do your thing I wish KZread did more for you man.
