Now, this is authentic Filipino food! Not just lumpia, pancit (both of Chinese origins), crispy pata, lechon, lechon kawali (literally, every nation has variations of these pork dishes!) These are the dishes most regular Filipinos, especially in the Visayas and Mindanao regions consume most frequently. Please keep making these videos.

I used to watch cooking Vlogs and the like but this struck me the most. Elegant yet simple food at the same time it touches your heart. The way its being prepared and style of your cooking, not to mention those fresh ingredients you have too. I just love it! ❤
