Thank you guys for all this love on the new book! YES we noticed the Amazon preview glitch where a photo doesn’t match the recipe next to it. That is purely an Amazon error which should be fixed soon, and it’s not like that in the book! Anyway carry on, I love you all, can’t wait for you guys to have this book!!!

bahahahahahaha Josh is not a professional chef, never has been 😂🤣😂🤣 he was a COOK for 2 years, never got a qualification, never went to culinary school, and has spent pretty much all of his time posting narcissistic wank material on youtube stealing other people's recipes, or pretending he's a hero by cooking "better" food than a FAST FOOD joint, that costs him way more and takes 100 times longer... yeah, what a chef...

I really love how the dry humor and bluntness us Scandinavians tend to possess contrasts with someone high energy (and Amercian) like Josh. The dynamic between him and chef Janne was everything! Sidenote: You look either like an Asbjørn, Frej/Freyr or Leif to me.

ngl im digging the new direction of the channel, a lot of Josh's recipes lately have felt a little out of the realm of possibility for someone who works a day job to have the energy to recreate. Love to see that our neighbours took such good care of him and I'm glad Joshua was made to take the polar plunge. Everyone should try an icebath at least once in their lives, it's both refreshing and relaxing, but it's even better if you have access to a sauna and go from a sauna to the water a number of times.
Chef Janne got savage sense of humor, i love it
When you were throwing the hook, I remembered watching Deadliest Catch all those years ago. But Norway is always much more relaxed and down to earth compared to Alaska where people go fishing in the middle of winter in a sea where blizzards and swells rage 24/7.

That was one of the most spectacular shows! I love the first part - information on the crab, Hurtgruten (sp?) catching it and so forth before the actual cooking. Its all encompassing from information on the catch & its surroundings, to the table. Fantastic! I would love to see more of these. I never commented on the alligator with Guga, that was great also! I'll admit at being envious of getting to eat king crab that fresh. When I've had it it's obviously been processed and shipped and it was good, but that had to be next level. You'd have earned points if you'd done a total dunk. I mean seriously, do the polar bear thing and jump in.
