El Señor guía a quien el desea por el camino recto!. Mi conversión al Islam hace 14 años viene por una conexión cultural y ancestral. Crecí en una familia católica en México pero siempre tuvimos costumbres, modos y gustos distintos a los que se veían fuera de la familia, culturalmente todo lo morisco y norte africano llamaban desde mi interior . Cuando comencé a leer traducciones de El Sagrado Corán y de los Hadices de nuestro amado profeta se reavivaron esos recuerdos y nostalgias que tenía en la infancia de lugares remotos y que conscientemente no conozco. Luego la conexión se reveló un poco, los abuelos de mi madre por ambas partes venían de España, fueron campesinos y agricultores y los abuelos maternos de mi padre eran norteafricanos, no se de qué lado venga esa necesidad de retorno al Islam, pero al cabo de generaciones te llama de vuelta! Ojalá que puedas hacer un poco de revisión histórica de la España musulmana, un recorrido más íntimo sobre las familias, regiones que fueron gloria del Islam, y que los documentales tocan muy por encima, sin estar ahí donde ocurrió la historia. Gracias Paloma, Allah te mantenga guiada siempre.
