Tip for the Takeovers and Drift events. Start by building points until you hit the 5X multiplier. Once there, stop spamming the NOS and let your points bank. From there, maintain the 5X multiplier, but bank your points after each +1500 Combo Bonus. The Bonus won’t happen again after you bank it once, so it’s best to bank your points after each one since your multiplier cannot increase.

I switched to manual and it changed my whole perception of drifting in this game. I find putting off brake/tap to drift makes it feel like van use your drift builds for races.

I have that one, for some reason the trophy counted one of the mountain road drift events as "Takeover" and gave me the trophy for getting that much in said Drift event. Maybe they use the same code.

Ive never seen Half Pack races on PC, not even in the game files. Must be PS5 only. Also you are correct in the files Drift and Takeover events are under the SpeedCross folder, it was indeed a copy and paste lol

I got this achievement by accident doing that drift even you used. I was driving my bottom of s+ class charger hellcat

The reason why ASAP Rocky's 190E sounds like an RB26 because it is an RB26 but its only meant for Rocky's190E for engine swaps if you wanted to know

Also do the 1960s Mustang or the Crown Vic, those are the best drift cars in the game, they go slower so you can hold a drift longer and you can rack up more points.

I play on PS5 and I have never seen "Half Pack" races and didn't know you could purchase rivals safehouses 😳 Although I assumed I had all the safehouses unlocked as I did all the events and completed story mode!

I dont know how I got it but I just built a Ford crown Vic for my drift car and used that for all the events in single and online... I even got the trophy, so must have been super easy with that.

Micro drift works well

Time to go get my platinum.

Hopefully in the next uodate they add AI in online races too
