I challenged the world's biggest and richest KZreadrs to break a board with the 1 inch punch. People like Brandon William, Airrack's personal trainer, Zealous, J.Stu, Mr Beast, Graham Stephan, Ryan Trahan, and many more. The one inch punch was made famous by Bruce Lee. It's a powerful close ranged punch from 1 inch away. The main difference between the one inch punch and the iron fist punch is the travel distance. A normal punch is 6-12 inches away from the target. But a one inch punch is from a palm distance away. Bruce Lee was able to knock down opponents twice his size with his 1 inch punch.

The youtubers who were unable to break the 2nd level in 1st attempt and those who were unable to break 3rd level even having the potential to break it, were standing far away from the board and already had stretched their arm 80-90%. To be absolutely fair Bruce Lee did the one inch punch, with the right leg forward and the left leg behind and then punch with your right hand. That will completely leave the strenght of your body and leg behind meaning, only the punch from your arm will give all the energy/power. (Feel free to do it with your dominant hand ofcourse!) Its practically impossible to do that with your 3rd board (except for Bruce ofc) Maybe a next challenge for you?😉

Iirc, Bruce Lee took the technique form from fencing. He uses his left leg to make a line with his right arm and get the full strength of the lower and upper body. He starts with a normal stance, and snaps into a line between his left leg and right arm. This allows the force from the left leg lunging forward to also be driven straight into the outstretched arm.

Well played. A lot of people use pure strength, but if you watch Hafu's technique, his whole body is behind the punch. Wide stance, power fist on the back, torque, and the follow through. He's really got the one inch punch down.

4:58 u can see him breaking the board. So if u look carefully he is using hips to add speed and strength. But if look on other KZreadrs they don’t use hips. So that’s why barely no one broke the board. It’s for people who are asking. And yes I do a martial art too.

while i have to agree, he's not doing it on purpose - he kinda stumbles backward in an unnatural manner, which probably means its the broken right leg that cant take the pressure rather than him trying to purposefully make other people seem weak
