I challenged the world's biggest and richest KZreadrs to break a board with the 1 inch punch. People like Brandon William, Airrack's personal trainer, Zealous, J.Stu, Mr Beast, Graham Stephan, Ryan Trahan, and many more. The one inch punch was made famous by Bruce Lee. It's a powerful close ranged punch from 1 inch away. The main difference between the one inch punch and the iron fist punch is the travel distance. A normal punch is 6-12 inches away from the target. But a one inch punch is from a palm distance away. Bruce Lee was able to knock down opponents twice his size with his 1 inch punch.

it's all about form, everyone was doing a punch with a straighten out arm. but it's all about adding a bend and turning your torso away so when you punch you are putting in the force of your body turning and your arm straightening into the punch. Also Hafu totoally pulled bacon this level 3 punch lol

The youtubers who were unable to break the 2nd level in 1st attempt and those who were unable to break 3rd level even having the potential to break it, were standing far away from the board and already had stretched their arm 80-90%. Which resulted into very less force on board. And yes hafu cheated on the 3rd level.

I had no idea this was such a common thing. I figured that was just "how he do", ya know? This is neat.
To be absolutely fair Bruce Lee did the one inch punch, with the right leg forward and the left leg behind and then punch with your right hand. That will completely leave the strenght of your body and leg behind meaning, only the punch from your arm will give all the energy/power. (Feel free to do it with your dominant hand ofcourse!) Its practically impossible to do that with your 3rd board (except for Bruce ofc) Maybe a next challenge for you?😉

Iirc, Bruce Lee took the technique form from fencing. He uses his left leg to make a line with his right arm and get the full strength of the lower and upper body. He starts with a normal stance, and snaps into a line between his left leg and right arm. This allows the force from the left leg lunging forward to also be driven straight into the outstretched arm.

get together all the youtubers who broke the impossible board and then get a new harder board for them to break
This was a good one, I thought that black board had the best of me. Then I asked, "What would All Might do?"
it’s impossible for people to do it, because most of their punch force pushes hafu, if a stronger man would hold the boards then more people could break them.

@FATT_ HEMI There's more than 1 way to do "the 1-inch punch."
