Idk how this guy does it, no berries and a nice throw, catches it. Meanwhile Im over here throwing excellents the entire time, literally using all my golden razzes, running out and it running away. The RNG is the dumbest thing to this game.

@@sewykik5004 it’s not boosted by that much really, each platinum badge corresponding to each type of Pokémon gives you a boost of 0.4, so yveltal it would be 0.8 because of its flying and dark type. For context, a regular razz berry gives a boost of 1

It is random still. There is no certainty to catch with an excellent and golden razz. I think it's just an algorithm that says when it should be caught or not. Same with if it's gonna be a shiny or not. It's kind of like with the galarian birds from daily incense. I've heard of people catching it with regular ball and no berry and a nice throw. While me on the other hand uses golden razz and excellent throw and still hasn't catch one =P

Managed to get one of my first raid, couldn’t believe it. Next 5 raids weren’t shiny though.

@6:45 The player base in Pyeongtaek and Suwon is pretty big. Pyeongtaek alone has a couple of raid groups on KakaoTalk, and Suwon, being a bigger city than Pyeongtaek, has a ton of stops along the subway lines and college towns. Like if you're near Suwon City Hall there are 20+ gyms visible from the subway station and easily 50 or so Pokestops in a 2-block radius. Also, if you make your way down to Daegu they've got several large groups as well. One specifically for downtown Daegu (around Joongangno Station) and others around college towns. Even if you're not in a group it's easy to find people to raid with. Or it was when I lived there.

i got the shiny yvelta in my 3 raid feeling pretty lucky

Yveltal is my best luck to get shiny. I got 4 shiny Yveltal.. And one of them has iv 96.😊

I didn't get a shiny, but I got my first legendary hundo with Yveltal today. Also caught a shiny absol with the sunglasses (91% IVs).

I'm so happy I finally got shiny absol and it's way better because it's a costume shiny!!!

No shiny yet and 6 of the last 9 raids have all had people just quit half way through, wasting my pass. Highly frustrating, Niantic really need a better system in place so that passes aren't just wasted all the time.

i got a shiny 98% yveltal on my 3rd raid!

I got my first ever yahveltal in my first ball and it was shiny

I've done 11 yveltal raids and I have now 3 shinys of yveltal ones a 98%

@@Aquablue62 yeah i already know this. also thats not even how it works. just because its 1/20 does not mean after 20 raids your guaranteed a shiny. that means every raid you do is a 1/20 chance of it being shiny.

I wish Niantic actually listened to Brandon regarding the boxes... I don't get it why Niantic try to squeeze money from the community and put in crappy boxes. If the boxes went back to the way they were before they would make more money. I guess I can thank Niantic in one way... I'm saving 200 Euro this month since I am not buying coins or boxes until they change them back. And if they don't change them back I will most likely just quit Pokemon Go for good... I play to be able to do everything in game, hatch eggs, raid, catch pokemon, battle and so on. Now I'm not hatching my eggs cause the boxes suck... Which also makes me not want to walk around catching pokemon or raid. Got a shiny Yveltal on first raid I did so I don't have to hunt that more either. So in the end.... "Thanks Niantic for helping my economy"

And then a Pokémon I absolutely despise, Palkia, I get a shundo, yes shiny hundo of in GBL, and while getting candies for it to power it up so people I know didn’t get mad at me for wasting a shundo, I got a hundo. 15 palkia seen 1 shundo a 98% and a Hundo. This game can get annoying sometimes.
