My neighbor had his fishing shed repeatedly burglarized. Police were little help, so he set up motion detectors and caught two guys red handed and fatally shot one when they rushed him. Glad your case didn't end in such an extreme.

Adam, I have a used Rip Curl 4/3 you can have. It's a size medium, but one of the sleeves was cut off. You could cut off the other sleeve and it's basically a short sleeve full suit.

Hey just a tip because I love using those type of baits in the surf too: try replacing the treble hooks with single inline hooks. Works great, easier to release too.
